Method for manufacturing a solid environment-friendly natural board
The present invention relates to a production method of an eco-friendly natural board having improved durability and, more specifically, to a production method of an eco-friendly natural board, comprising the steps of: (a) kneading natural earth; (b) molding a natural earth plate; (c) polishing the same; (d) firstly applying a mixed coating agent to the surface of the molded natural earth plate; (e) polishing the natural earth plate; (f) applying only shellac to the polished natural earth plate; (g) naturally drying the natural earth plate; (h) drying the naturally dried natural earth plate; (i) secondarily applying the mixed coating agent to the natural earth plate; and (j) polishing the same.
내구성이 향상된 친환경 천연보드의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 점토 80~90중량%와 펄프 3~15중량% 및 황토 5~15중량%를 서로 혼합하여 천연흙을 반죽하는 단계; (b) 상기 혼합된 천연흙을 압출기를 이용하여 천연흙판을 성형하는 단계; (c) 천연흙판에 물을 뿌린 뒤 돌가루 또는 옥가루를 선택하여 뿌려 연마하는 단계; (d) 셀락(Shellac)분말 55~65중량%, 주정 알콜 25~35중량%, 돌분말 5 ~ 15 중량%의 배합 비율로 혼합된 혼합 도포제를 상기 성형된 천연흙판의 표면에 1차 도포하는 단계; (e) 혼합도포제가 도포된 천연흙판을 연마하는 단계; (f) 연마된 천연흙판에 셀락만 도포하는 단계; (g) 상기 혼합 도포제가 도포된 천연흙판을 상온에서 45일간 자연건조시키는 단계; (h) 상기 자연건조된 천연흙판을 150℃~200℃의 건조로에서 2~3시간 건조시키는 단계; (i) 건조단계 또는 천연염색을 수행한 천연흙판에 상기 혼합 도포제를 2차 도포하는 단계; (j) 2차 혼합도포제를 도포한 뒤 연마하는 단계;를 포함하되, 상기 천연흙을 반죽하는 단계는 반죽된 천연흙을 공기흡착기에 통과시켜 공기를 빼내는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 천연 염색하는 단계는 치자나무(Gardenia fruit) 70~90중량%와 천연색소 10~30중량%를 혼합하여 끓여서 붉은색과 노란색이 나타내도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 의하여, 천연흙판의 표면에 셀락이 포함된 혼합도포제를 도포되도록 함으로써, 친환경적이고 건강에 유익한 천연재료를 사용하여 제조한 천연보드를 통해 원적외선과 음이온이 방사되므로 수면시 피로를 풀어주고, 수면 건강에 도움이 되는 친환경 천연보드의 제조방법을 제공하되, 천연흙판의 표면에 도포된 코팅제의 점착력과 강도가 개선되어 제품의 생활 기스 및 크렉이 줄어들어 황토분말이 건조 후 날리는 것을 확실히 방지하고 인체에 무해한 코팅제가 적용되도록 함으로써 황토 본연의 효능이 충분히 발휘되도록 할 수 있다.
