Reinforcement Structure for Support of Guard Rail
The present invention relates to a support reinforcement structure of a guard rail, which increase a supporting force of an existing support as well as the newly installed support irrespective of a structure of a road while reinforcing the support erected along a border of the road at predetermined intervals to form the guard rail, so as to prevent increase of accident damage due to a bad guard rail. According to the present invention, the support reinforcement structure comprises: a support combination device (10) arranged along the border of the road at predetermined intervals, formed in a U-shape to allow the support (50), which is installed when the bottom part is buried in the ground, to be inserted thereinto, and having the bottom of an end part cut in an inclined shape; a connection plate (20) including a horizontal part (21) having an insertion groove (22) into which the support combination device (10) is inserted in the lateral middle part of one side and an inclination part (23) connected to the other side of the horizontal part (21), and welded in the support combination device to be integrated, wherein a through-hole (24) is formed in each symmetrical position of the inclination part with respect to an extension line of a line connecting the center of the insertion groove; a pair of screw reinforcement bodies (30) including a fixation part (31) formed in a screw shape to be installed in the ground and a cylindrical pillar part (32) which has a tool combination part (33) having a tool insertion groove (33) in one end part and connects the other end part to the top of the fixation part, wherein the screw reinforcement bodies pass through the through-hole of the connection plate, and then are inserted and fixated into the lower part of a road surface with a slope; and a fastening member (40) installed to penetrate a hole (11) formed in the end part of the support combination device, so as to fixate the support combination device to the support (50).
본 발명은 도로의 가장자리에 일정 간격으로 세워져 가드레일을 형성하는 지주를 보강하되, 도로의 구조에 관계없이 새로 설치된 지주는 물론 기 설치된 지주의 지지력을 증가시켜 불량 가드레일로 인한 사고 피해의 증가를 방지할 수 있도록 한 가드레일의 지주 보강구조에 관한 것으로서,도로의 가장자리를 따라 일정간격으로 배치되고 하단 부분이 지면에 매설되어 설치되는 지주(50)가 내부에 삽입되도록 U자 형태로 형성되고 끝단 부분의 하단이 경사진 형태로 절단된 지주 결합구(10)와; 일측의 가로 방향 중간 부분에 지주 결합구가 결합되는 끼움홈(22)이 형성된 수평부(21)와, 수평부의 타측에 연결되는 경사부(23)로 이루어지며, 경사부에는 끼움홈의 중심을 잇는 선의 연장선을 기준으로 대칭된 위치에 각각 관통구멍(24)이 형성되고, 지주 결합구에 접합되어 일체화되는 연결판(20)과; 스크류 형상으로 형성되어 지중에 설치되는 고정부(31)와, 일측 단부에 공구 삽입홈(33')이 형성된 공구 결합부(33)가 형성되고 타측 단부는 고정부의 상단에 연결되는 원통 형상의 기둥부(32)로 이루어지며, 연결판의 관통구멍을 통과한 후 도로면 하부에 경사지게 삽입 고정되는 한 쌍의 스크류 보강체(30)와; 지주 결합구의 끝단 부분에 형성된 구멍(11)을 관통하도록 설치되어 지주 결합구를 지주(50)에 고정하는 체결부재(40);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
