The present invention relates to a heat insulation frame for a window. The heat insulation frame for a window includes: a conveying member, which is loaded with a foamed heat insulation fluid from the outside and is conveyed into the frame; and a foamed heat insulation member which is conveyed into the frame by the conveying unit and is expanded uniformly to fill the inner space of the heat insulation frame. The heat insulation frame for the window has the foamed heat insulation material filling the inside of a complex frame made of metallic frames or metallic frames and heat insulation frames. The heat insulation frame for a window includes: the conveying member conveying the foamed heat insulation fluid to the inner space of the frame; and the foamed heat insulation fluid which is loaded onto the conveying member, is expanded and dried after being conveyed into the frame, and fills the inner space of the frame uniformly.
본 발명은 창호용 단열 프레임에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 외부에서 발포 단열재액을 적재 후 프레임 내부로 이송시킨 이송부재와, 이 이송부재에 의해 프레임 내부로 이송된 후 팽창되어 균일하에 내부 공간부를 충전하고 있는 발포 단열재가 균일하게 충전된 창호형 단열 프레임을 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명의 구성은 금속재 프레임 또는 금속재 프레임과 단열 프레임으로 이루어진 복합 프레임 내부에 발포 단열재가 충전된 창호용 단열 프레임에 있어서, 발포 단열재 액을 프레임 내부 공간으로 이송시킨 이송부재와; 상기 이송부재에 적재되어 프레임 내부로 이송된 후 팽창 및 건조되어 프레임 내부 공간부를 균일하게 충전하고 있는 발포 단열재;를 포함하여 구성된 창호용 단열 프레임을 발명의 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a heat insulation frame for a window.
