The present invention relates to a method to waterproof a slab of a building rooftop. The method includes: a step (a) of forming a primer layer by applying primer to the surface of a slab; a step (b) of forming a first coated layer by applying a coating material of urethane resin to the upper part of the primer layer; a step (c) of separating or overlapping a plurality of waterproof sheets, of which surface is integrated with a silica layer, in the upper part of the first coated layer; a step (d) of forming a second coated layer by applying the same coating material of the first coated layer to the other upper part of the waterproof sheets; a step (e) of forming an enhancing layer in the upper part of the second coated layer; and a step (f) of forming a coated layer by spraying silica to the upper part of the enhancing layer as high as the silica layer and then applying paint and a top coating material to the part. The waterproof sheets include: an asphalt compound layer; a fiber layer stacked in the upper part of the asphalt compound layer and soaking synthetic resin; and the synthetic resin soaked in the upper part of the fiber layer. As such, the present invention is capable of maximizing waterproof performance, durability, and construction convenience.
본 발명은 건물 옥상 슬라브의 방수시공방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 슬라브의 표면에 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층을 형성하는 단계와, (b) 상기 프라이머층의 상부에 우레탄수지로 이루어진 도막재를 도포하여 제1도막층을 형성하는 단계와, (c) 일측 표면에 규사층이 일체로 형성된 다수의 방수시트를 상기 제1도막층의 상부에 서로 이격 또는 서로 겹칩으로 부설하는 단계와, (d) 상기 방수시트의 타측 상부에 상기 제1도막층의 도막재와 동일한 재질의 도막재를 도포하여 제2도막층을 형성하는 단계와, (e) 상기 제2도막층의 상부에 강화층을 형성하는 단계 및 (f) 상기 강화층의 상부에 상기 규사층과 동일한 높이로 규사를 살포하고, 페인트 및 탑코팅제를 도포하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 방수시트는 아스팔트 컴파운드층과, 상기 아스팔트 컴파운드층의 상부에 적층되며, 합성수지가 함침되는 섬유층 및 상기 섬유층의 상부에 함침되는 합성수지를 포함하여 방수 성능, 내구성, 시공 편의성을 극대화할 수 있는 우레탄수지를 이용한 건물 옥상 슬라브의 방수시공방법을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a method to waterproof a slab of a building rooftop.
