VACCUM GLASS PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
According to the present invention, a vacuum glass panel comprises: a first glass plate; a second glass plate installed by being spaced from the first glass plate at an interval; a plurality of spacers installed between the first glass plate and the second glass plate to enable the first glass plate and the second glass plate to maintain the predetermined interval; and soldered iron bonded to each the first glass plate and the second glass plate by using ultrasonic vibration to surround edges of the first glass plate and the second glass plate.
본 발명의 진공 유리 패널은 제1유리판; 상기 제1유리판과 일정간격 이격되어 설치되는 제2 유리판; 상기 제1유리판과 상기 제2유리판 사이에 설치되어 상기 제1유리판과 상기 제2유리판이 일정간격을 유지하도록 하는 복수개의 스페이서; 및 상기 제1유리판과 상기 제2유리판의 테두리를 감싸도록 초음파 진동으로 상기 제1유리판과 상기 제2유리판과 각각 접착되는 납땜을 구비한다.
