SULFUR-FILTERED BALL MANUFACTURE METHOD AND SULFUR-FILTERED BALL
The present invention relates to a filtered sulfur ball, and a method for manufacturing filtered sulfur balls, which is capable of manufacturing sulfur balls from which a harmful component has been removed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for manufacturing filtered sulfur balls, the method comprising the steps of: (A) sequentially stacking sawdust and sulfur on red clay or sludge, i.e., a by-product in a steel mill, in the internal space of a first container having a sulfuric water outlet in the bottom thereof, coating the red clay or sludge, the sawdust, and the sulfur with introduced water, and stacking red clay or sludge to cover the sulfur; (B) when temperature in the first container is maintained at 5 to 50 degrees Celsius and thus the introduced water is infiltrated into the sulfur and fomentation occurs, removing a harmful component included in the sulfur by causing the component to be absorbed into the fomented introduced water; (C) discharging the introduced water, caused to contain the harmful component while passing through step (B), from the first container when the sulfuric water outlet is opened; (D) mixing the red clay or sludge with the sawdust and the sulfur, forming filtered sulfur balls in a predetermined shape, and naturally drying the sulfur balls at room temperature; (E) calcinating the filtered sulfur balls at a temperature of 300-2000 degrees Celsius in a calcination furnace; and (F) when air is introduced into the calcination furnace after the calcination, igniting the sawdust by using heat and air in the calcination furnace, and removing the sawdust from the filtered sulfur balls; wherein a plurality of pores are preferably formed at locations of the filtered sulfur balls from which the sawdust has been removed.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 유황여과볼 제조방법은, (A) 하부에 유황수배출구가 마련된 제 1 용기의 내부공간에 황토 또는 제철소부산물인 슬러그 위로 톱밥, 유황이 순차적으로 적층되고, 황토 또는 제철소부산물인 슬러그, 톱밥, 유황으로 투입수가 도포된 후, 유황을 덮도록 황토 또는 제철소부산물인 슬러그가 다시 적층되는 단계; (B) 제 1 용기 내의 온도가 5℃ 내지 50℃로 유지되어, 투입수가 유황으로 침투되어 발효되면, 유황에 포함된 유해성분이 발효된 투입수로 흡수되면서 유황에서 제거되는 단계; (C) (B) 단계를 거치면서 유해성분이 함유된 투입수가 유황수배출구의 개방시 제 1 용기에서 배출되는 단계; (D) 황토 또는 제철소부산물인 슬러그가 톱밥과 유황과 교반된 후, 소정의 형상으로 유황여과볼이 성형되고, 상온에서 자연건조되는 단계; (E) 유황여과볼이 소성로에서 300℃ 내지 2000℃의 온도에서 소성되는 단계; 및 (F) 소성완료 후에, 소성로로 공기가 투입되면, 톱밥이 소성로의 열기와 공기에 의해 발화되면서 유황여과볼에서 제거되는 단계를 포함하고, 유황여과볼은 톱밥이 제거된 자리에 복수의 기공이 형성된 것이 바람직하다.
