Pipe Lining Structure and Method of Building the Same
A pipe-lining structure of the present invention includes: multiple metal bars evenly spaced from a surface of an inner wall of an existing pipe, arranged at constant intervals in a circumferential direction, and having a weld face; multiple new assembling pipes forming a pipe body by assembling multiple metal curved plates surrounded by a first linear edge, a second linear edge, a first circular-arc edge, and a second circular-arc edge wherein a rear backing strip protruding from a rear surface of the second circular-arc edge in a direction perpendicular to the edge is formed; and a filling material filled in a space unit between the new pipes formed by assembling the multiple metal curved plates and the surface of the inner wall. The new pipes are assembled to the first and second linear edges by butt-welding the edges of the metal curved plates adjacent to the weld faces with each weld face of a pair of the adjoining metal bars among the multiple metal bars. The new pipes connected to each other by butt-welding the first circular-arc edges of each metal curved plate with the edges of the metal curved plates adjacent to the rear backing strips adjoining to the first circular-arc edges and butt-welding the second circular-arc edges of each metal curved plate with the first circular-arc edges of the metal curved plates adjacent to the rear backing strips adjoining to the second circular-arc edges.
본 발명의 관 라이닝 구조물은 기설관 내벽 표면으로부터 일정 간격 이격되고 길이방향으로 연장된 용접면을 가지며, 원주방향으로 일정 간격을 두고 배열된 복수의 금속 바들과, 제1직선에지, 제2직선에지, 제1원호에지 및 제2원호에지로 둘러싸인 복수의 금속곡판들의 조립에 의해 관체를 이루고, 각 금속곡판의 제2원호에지에는 배면으로부터 에지에 수직인 방향으로 돌출된 뒷받침쇠가 각각 형성된 복수의 조립 신설관들과, 관 내벽 표면과 상기 복수의 금속곡판들의 조립으로 형성된 신설관 사이의 공간부에 충진되는 충진재를 포함한다. 여기서 각 금속곡판들의 제1직선에지 및 제2직선에지는 복수의 금속 바들 중 인접한 한 쌍의 금속 바들의 각 용접면에서 각각 인접하는 금속곡판의 에지와 맛대기 용접되는 것에 의해 신설관이 조립되고, 각 금속곡판들의 제1원호에지는 제1원호에지에 인접하는 금속곡판의 뒷받침쇠에서 인접하는 금속곡판의 에지와 맛대기 용접되고, 제2원호에지는 뒷받침쇠에서 제2원호에지에 인접하는 금속곡판의 제1원호에지와 맛대기 용접되는 것에 의해 신설관과 신설관이 연결된다.
