ATTACHING BRACKET FOR EXTERNAL INSULATION AND EXTERIOR MATERIAL OF BUILDING AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention relates to an attaching bracket for an external insulation material and an exterior material of a building; and a manufacturing method thereof. Left-right support units (20, 22) in an extended form with a cylinder type includes a sawtooth (30, 32) and have an inflow space (36, 38) therebetween on a rear part of a circle type support unit (18) which has an anchor hole (12) and a plurality of tool coupling holes (14) using an iron plate coil (10); thereby being inserted in an external insulation material (52) by sawing using the sawtooth (30, 32) while being rotated by a supplementary tool (44). As such, the present invention is able to improve productivity in manufacturing, and enables a simple and quick insertion in the external insulation material (52) without a previous workup.
본 발명은 건물의 외부단열재와 외장재 부착용 브라켓 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 철판코일(10)을 이용하여 앵커홀(12)과 복수의 공구결합공(14)을 갖는 원형받침부(18) 후방에 유입실(36)(38)을 사이에 두고 단부에 톱니(30)(32)를 갖는 좌우지지부(20)(22)를 원통형으로 연장형성하여 보조공구(44)에 의한 회전시 톱니(30)(32)의 톱질에 의해 외부단열재(52) 내에 삽입되도록 구성함에 따라 제작시 생산성 향상을 가져올 수 있도록 하면서 사전작업 없이 외부단열재(48) 내에 간단하고 신속하게 삽입해줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
