SPRED APPARATUS FOR ROAD AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a pavement apparatus to repair a road and a road repair method using the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a main unit (100) having a reception part (A) to receive a filling material, having a structure with an opened upper surface, and having a wide top and narrow bottom structure; a discharge unit (400) having an opening part (131) in a central part of a lower surface of the main unit (100) to be projected out downwards from the lower surface of the main unit (100) in order to discharge the filling material through the opening part (131); and a combination unit (500) formed on a rear surface of the main unit (100) to be combined with a portable device. According to the present invention, since a partially damaged road part or a damaged part (narrow and long damaged part) generated in the longitudinal direction of a road is mechanically constructed using the pavement apparatus to repair a road; the quality of the repaired part is able to greatly be enhanced than that of a manual construction. Moreover, since the pavement apparatus is used, a work time is able to be reduced when compared with the manual construction.
본 발명은 도로 파쇄부에 충전재를 포설하는 도로 보수용 포설장치(10)로서, 충전재를 수용할 수 있는 수용부(A)가 형성되되, 상면은 개방된 구조이고, 상광하협 구조로 형성된 본체부(100); 본체부(100)의 하면 중앙부에는 개구부(131)가 형성되어, 개구부(131)를 통하여 충전재가 배출되도록 본체부(100)의 하면에서 하향으로 돌출 형성된 배출부(400); 본체부(100)의 후면에 이동장치와 결합할 수 있도록 형성된 결합부(500);를 포함한다. 본 발명은 부분적인 도로 손상부 또는 도로의 종방향을 따라 발생한 손상부(폭은 좁고 길이가 긴 손상부)를 도로 보수용 포설장치를 이용하여 기계화 시공하기 때문에 보수부의 품질을 인력시공보다 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 포설장치를 이용하기 때문에 인력시공에 비해 작업시간을 단축할 수 있다.
