FLOWMETER HAVING WITH FROST PROTECTION FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a flow meter capable of freeze protection comprising: a case having an inner accommodation space; a flow measuring unit located in the case measuring an amount of flow passing through the flow meter (215); and a buffering member (251) installed between the flow measuring unit (215) and an inner side of the case, shrinking when a fluid freezes and the volume thereof expands. The buffering member (251) is made of a silicone rubber having an elastic restoring force and a plurality of holes for shrinkage which has a certain depth in a thickness direction of the case formed on a side of the buffering member (251) facing the case.
본 발명은 동파방지기능을 갖는 유량계에 관한 것으로, 내부에 수용공간을 갖는 케이스와, 케이스 내에 수용되며 유량계를 통과하는 유체의 유량을 측정하는 유량 측정부(215)와, 유량 측정부(215)와 케이스의 안쪽 면 사이에 설치되며 동결에 의해 유체의 부피가 팽창하면 이에 대응하여 수축하는 완충 부재(251)를 포함하고, 완충 부재(251)는 탄성 복원력을 갖는 재료인 실리콘고무로 형성되며, 완충 부재(251)의 케이스 쪽 면에는 그 두께방향으로 일정 깊이를 갖는 복수의 수축용 홈(251a)이 형성되어 있다.
