LOCKABLE MANHOLE COVER ASSEMBLY WITH THE FUNCTION OF EASY TILT ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
The present invention relates to a manhole cover assembly structure which has a tilt angle capable of being adjusted in an easy manner to correspond to an inclined side of a road and can be prevented, by a locking device, from being stolen or shaken. The manhole cover assembly structure comprises: a tilt angle adjustment frame which is fixated and installed on an upper side of a manhole main body; a support frame which is placed to be able to move on an upper side of the tilt angle adjustment frame in all directions on a plane; and an upper cover which is placed on the support frame. On the tilt angle adjustment frame, a fixation device for limiting the movement of the support frame placed on an upper side thereof is arranged. On the upper cover, the locking device for integrally fixating the upper cover to the support frame is arranged. The locking device comprises: a rotation rod which is inserted in a through-hole, arranged on the upper cover, and rotates; and a locking rod which is joined by a pin to be able to be separated from the rotation rod. On the inside of the support frame, a locking groove, which allows an end portion of the locking rod to be inserted therein while the locking rod is rotated, is arranged.
본 발명은 도로의 경사면에 대응하여 경사각을 용이하게 조정할 수 있으면서 잠금장치에 의해 도난 또는 덜컹거림을 방지할 수 있는 맨홀뚜껑의 조립구조에 관한 것으로서, 맨홀본체의 상면에 고정 설치되는 경사각 조정틀과, 상기 경사각 조정틀의 상면에서 평면상으로 모든 방향으로의 움직임이 가능하도록 놓여지는 받침틀과, 상기 받침틀에 놓여지는 상부덮개로 이루어지며; 상기 경사각 조정틀에는 그 상면에 놓여진 받침틀의 상기 움직임을 제한하는 고정장치가 구비되고, 상기 상부덮개에는 받침틀과의 일체적 고정을 위한 잠금장치가 구비되되; 상기 잠금장치는 상부덮개에 구비되는 관통공에 삽입되어 회전하는 회전봉과, 상기 회전봉과 분리가 가능하도록 핀결합되는 잠금봉으로 이루어지고; 상기 받침틀의 내측에는 잠금봉이 회전되면서 단부가 삽입되는 잠금홈이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a manhole cover assembly structure which has a tilt angle capable of being adjusted in an easy manner to correspond to an inclined side of a road and can be prevented, by a locking device, from being stolen or shaken. 본 발명은 도로의 경사면에 대응하여 경사각을 용이하게 조정할 수 있으면서 잠금장치에 의해 도난 또는 덜컹거림을 방지할 수 있는 맨홀뚜껑의 조립구조에 관한 것으로서, 맨홀본체의 상면에 고정 설치되는 경사각 조정틀과, 상기 경사각 조정틀의 상면에서 평면상으로 모든 방향으로의 움직임이 가능하도록 놓여지는 받침틀과, 상기 받침틀에 놓여지는 상부덮개로 이루어지며; 상기 경사각 조정틀에는 그 상면에 놓여진 받침틀의 상기 움직임을 제한하는 고정장치가 구비되고, 상기 상부덮개에는 받침틀과의 일체적 고정을 위한 잠금장치가 구비되되; 상기 잠금장치는 상부덮개에 구비되는 관통공에 삽입되어 회전하는 회전봉과, 상기 회전봉과 분리가 가능하도록 핀결합되는 잠금봉으로 이루어지고; 상기 받침틀의 내측에는 잠금봉이 회전되면서 단부가 삽입되는 잠금홈이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
