ORGANICINORGANIC HYBRID PUTTY COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to an organic-inorganic hybrid putty composition used to surface-treat cement or concrete floor surfaces, which comprises a main component, a curing component and a filler component that are mixed, respectively, in a weight ratio of 2-3:1:3-4. More specifically, the main component comprises an epoxy resin, glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS), dibutyltin dilaurate (DBTDL), inorganic acid, and an additive; the curing component comprises a modified aliphatic amine and a non-reactive diluent; and the filler component comprises one, two or more selected among Portland cement, calcium cement, blast furnace cement, and alumina cement.
본 발명은 시멘트 또는 크리트 바닥면의 면처리에 사용하는 유무기 하이브리드 퍼티 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 주제부, 경화제부 및 필러부로 이루어지며 2~3:1:3~4의 중량비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 구체적으로는, 주제부는 에폭시수지, GPTMS(Glycideoxypropyltrimethoxy silane), DBTDL(dibutyl tin dilaurate), 무기산 및 첨가제를 포함하고, 경화제부는 변성 지환족 아민 및 비반응성 희석제를 포함하며, 필러부는 포틀랜드 시멘트, 칼슘 설포 알루미네이트계 시멘트, 고로슬래그 시멘트 및 알루미나 시멘트 중에서 선택되는 1종 혹은 2종 이상을 혼합하여 이루어지도록 구성한다.
