The present invention relates to a double window with a built-in curtain having a self-positioning and fixation structure, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a double window with a built-in curtain, providing a curtain with a positioning and fixation structure capable of fixating the curtain at an arbitrary position in an opened state, so as to maintain the curtain in the opened state without using a separate handle member. To this end, the double window comprises: a first and a second glass panel; a window frame supporting the first and the second glass panel to form a closed space between the first and the second glass panel; the curtain placed between the first and the second glass panel, and including a fixed end fixated in the window frame and a free end moving in a direction approached to or separated from the fixed end while facing the fixed end; a slide bar installed in the free end to be moved with the free end; and the handle member fastened with the slide bar by magnetic force on the outside of the first glass panel. The slide bar comprises: a frictional member fixated and installed in the slide bar to restrict moving of the slide bar while being adhered to the second glass panel; and an elastic member installed on the front surface of the slide bar to be placed between the slide bar and the first glass panel, so as to be compressed and deformed when the handle member and the slide bar are fastened. When the handle member and the slide bar are disconnected, the elastic member presses the slide bar towards the second glass panel to adhere the frictional member to the second glass panel while being restored to an original state.
본 발명은 자체 위치고정구조를 갖는 커튼 내장형 이중창호에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 커튼이 임의 위치에서 열린 상태로 고정할 수 있도록 하는 위치고정구조를 커튼에 포함하여 별도의 핸들부재를 사용하지 않고도 커튼을 열린 상태로 유지시킬 수 있도록 한 커튼 내장형 이중창호를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 제1,2유리패널; 상기 제1,2유리패널의 사이에 밀폐공간이 형성되도록 제1,2유리패널을 지지하는 창호 프레임; 상기 제1,2유리패널의 사이에 위치하되, 상기 창호 프레임에 고정된 고정단과, 상기 고정단과 마주한 채로 고정단에 근접하거나 멀어지는 방향으로 이동하는 자유단을 포함하는 커튼; 상기 자유단과 함께 움직이도록 자유단에 설치되는 슬라이드바; 상기 제1유리패널의 외측에서 자력에 의해 슬라이드바와 결속되는 핸들부재;로 구성되며, 상기 슬라이드바는, 상기 제2유리패널에 밀착되면서 슬라이드바의 이동을 억제하도록 슬라이드바에 고정되게 설치된 마찰부재; 및 상기 슬라이드바와 제1유리패널의 사이에 위치하도록 슬라이드바의 정면에 설치되어 핸들부재와 슬라이드바의 결속시 압축변형되고, 핸들부재와 슬라이드바의 결속 해제시 원래 상태로 복원되면서 슬라이드바를 제2유리패널 방향으로 가압하여 마찰부재를 제2유리패널에 밀착시키는 탄성부재;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 위치고정구조를 갖는 커튼 내장형 이중창호를 제공한다.
