본 발명은 해상에서 화물의 저장이나 재기화 혹은, 발전 작업을 수행하는 플랫폼(Platform)이 선택부유 구조물에 의해 이동시에는 해상에 부유되고, 비이동시에는 레그 구조물에 고정되도록 하여, 건조가 쉽고 간단하게 이루어질 수 있으면서도 필요에 따라 이동 설치가 가능하도록 한 것이다.
