본 발명은, 개구된 상면에 유입공이 구비되는 덮개가 설치되고 지중에 설치되는 외부본체; 상기 외부본체 내부에 슬라이드 가능하게 삽입되고 유입관 또는 배출관을 이루는 복수 개의 연결관이 설치되는 내부본체; 및 상기 연결관이 슬라이드 가능하게 통과되도록 상기 외부본체에 구비되는 유동연결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
