The present invention relates to a multifunctional floor board capable of waterproofing and absorbing a sound. The multifunctional floor board capable of waterproofing and absorbing a sound comprises: a sound absorbing layer made of a cork material to reduce noise between floors and improve a walking sensation; a first pad layer which is layered on an upper surface of the sound absorbing layer and has an adhesive force to reinforce a material property of the sound absorbing layer, increase balance and strength, and be tightly layered; a waterproof board layer layered on an upper surface of the first pad layer and made of a waterproof material having a water resistant property; a second pad layer which is layered on an upper surface of the waterproof board layer and has an adhesive force to reinforce a material property of the waterproof board layer, increase balance and strength, and be tightly layered; a surface decoration layer which is layered on an upper surface of the second pad layer and presents wooden texture and patterns on an upper surface thereof; and a surface protection layer which is layered on an upper surface of the surface decoration layer, expresses the wooden texture and patterns presented on the upper surface of the surface decoration layer, and is formed in a transparent sheet form to waterproof and absorb an external impact. The floor boards are connected to each other. The sound absorbing layer has a plurality of lattice grooves formed on the upper surface for tight adhesion to the first pad layer to provide excellent noise reducing effects and waterproofing effects.
본 발명은 방수 및 방음이 가능한 다기능 마루 바닥재에 관한 것으로, 층간소음을 감소시키고 보행감을 향상시키도록 코르크 재질로 형성되는 흡음층; 상기 흡음층 상면에 적층되고, 상기 흡음층의 물성을 보강하고 균형과 강도를 높여주며 긴밀하게 적층되도록 접착력을 구비하는 제1 패드층; 상기 제1 패드층 상면에 적층되고, 물에 대한 내성이 있는 방수재질로 형성되는 방수보드층; 상기 방수보드층 상면에 적층되고, 상기 방수보드층의 물성을 보강하고 균형과 강도를 높여주며 긴밀하게 적층되도록 접착력을 구비하는 제2 패드층; 상기 제2 패드층 상면에 적층되고, 상면에는 나무 질감 및 무늬 연출이 가능한 표면장식층; 상기 표면장식층 상면에 적층되고, 상기 표면 장식층 상면에 연출되는 나무 질감 및 무늬를 표현하고, 외부 충격 및 방수가 가능하도록 투명 시트형태로 형성되는 표면보호층;을 포함하는 바닥재 보드가 서로 연접하여 형성되되, 상기 흡음층은 상기 제1 패드층과 긴밀한 접착을 위해 상면에 다수개의 격자 홈을 형성하여, 소음 감소 효과 및 방수 효과가 탁월한 방수 및 흡음이 가능한 다기능 마루 바닥재에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a multifunctional floor board capable of waterproofing and absorbing a sound. The multifunctional floor board capable of waterproofing and absorbing a sound comprises: a sound absorbing layer made of a cork material to reduce noise between floors and improve a walking sensation; a first pad layer which is layered on an upper surface of the sound absorbing layer and has an adhesive force to reinforce a material property of the sound absorbing layer, increase balance and strength, and be tightly layered; a waterproof board layer layered on an upper surface of the first pad layer and made of a waterproof material having a water resistant property; a second pad layer which is layered on an upper surface of the waterproof board layer and has an adhesive force to reinforce a material property of the waterproof board layer, increase balance and strength, and be tightly layered; a surface decoration layer which is layered on an upper surface of the second pad layer and presents wooden texture and patterns on an upper surface thereof; and a surface protection layer which is layered on an upper surface of the surface decoration layer, expresses the wooden texture and patterns presented on the upper surface of the surface decoration layer, and is formed in a transparent sheet form to waterproof and absorb an external impact. The floor boards are connected to each other. The sound absorbing layer has a plurality of lattice grooves formed on the upper surface for tight adhesion to the first pad layer to provide excellent noise reducing effects and waterproofing effects.
본 발명은 방수 및 방음이 가능한 다기능 마루 바닥재에 관한 것으로, 층간소음을 감소시키고 보행감을 향상시키도록 코르크 재질로 형성되는 흡음층; 상기 흡음층 상면에 적층되고, 상기 흡음층의 물성을 보강하고 균형과 강도를 높여주며 긴밀하게 적층되도록 접착력을 구비하는 제1 패드층; 상기 제1 패드층 상면에 적층되고, 물에 대한 내성이 있는 방수재질로 형성되는 방수보드층; 상기 방수보드층 상면에 적층되고, 상기 방수보드층의 물성을 보강하고 균형과 강도를 높여주며 긴밀하게 적층되도록 접착력을 구비하는 제2 패드층; 상기 제2 패드층 상면에 적층되고, 상면에는 나무 질감 및 무늬 연출이 가능한 표면장식층; 상기 표면장식층 상면에 적층되고, 상기 표면 장식층 상면에 연출되는 나무 질감 및 무늬를 표현하고, 외부 충격 및 방수가 가능하도록 투명 시트형태로 형성되는 표면보호층;을 포함하는 바닥재 보드가 서로 연접하여 형성되되, 상기 흡음층은 상기 제1 패드층과 긴밀한 접착을 위해 상면에 다수개의 격자 홈을 형성하여, 소음 감소 효과 및 방수 효과가 탁월한 방수 및 흡음이 가능한 다기능 마루 바닥재에 관한 것이다.
