Module type valve room including height control fuction
The present invention relates to a modularized valve chamber having a height adjustment function. More specifically, the modularized valve chamber having a height adjustment function comprises: a valve chamber body having a valve installed on one side therein between an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe, wherein both sides of the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe are penetrated; an upper cover assembled on an upper portion of the valve chamber body; a lower passage pipe installed upwards on an upper portion of the upper cover; an upper passage pipe whose lower side is mounted on an upper side of the lower passage pipe by insertion; and a manhole frame formed on an upper side of the upper passage pipe. The valve chamber can vertically adjust between the upper portion of the upper cover and the manhole frame. The modularized valve chamber having a height adjustment function further comprises: a plurality of vertical sliding pipes arranged on an inner surface of the upper passage pipe in a circumferential direction, separated from each other at specific intervals, and provided with screw threads formed therein; a height adjustment shaft which is inserted into the vertical sliding pipes, and has a screw thread unit to vertically move the vertical sliding pipes by axial rotation; a shaft fixing bracket to fix a lower end of the height adjustment shaft on a lower side of the lower passage pipe; a sprocket which is installed on a lower end side of the height adjustment shaft and has a protrusion formed outwards; a connection chain which connects the sprockets and is meshed with the protrusion to be rotated; and a stopper to restrict rotation of the sprockets after height adjustment. The sprockets are rotated to rotate the entire height adjustment shaft, vertically move the vertical sliding pipes, and vertically move the upper passage pipe and the manhole frame.
본 발명은 높이 조절기능을 갖는 모듈형 밸브실에 대한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 내부 일측에 유입관과 배출관 사이에 밸브가 설치되고 상기 유입관과 상기 배출관의 양측이 관통되는 밸브실본체, 상기 밸브실본체 상부에 조립되는 상부커버, 상기 상부커버 상부에 상향설치되는 하부통로관, 하부측이 상기 하부통로관의 상측과 끼움식으로 결합되는 상부통로관 및 상기 상부통로관의 상측에 형성된 맨홀프레임을 구비하고, 상기 상부커버의 상부와 상기 맨홀프레임간의 상하 조절이 가능한 밸브실에 있어서, 상기 상부통로관의 내면에 원주방향을 따라 서로 특정간격 이격되어 구비되며 내부에 나사산이 형성된 다수의 상하 슬라이딩관; 상기 상하 슬라이딩관 내부에 삽입되며, 나사산부가 형성되어 축방향 회전에 의해 상기 상하 슬라이딩관을 상하로 이동시키는 높이조절샤프트; 상기 높이조절샤프트 각각의 하단을 상기 하부통로관 하부측에 고정시키는 샤프트 고정용 브라켓; 상기 높이조절샤프트 각각의 하단측에 설치되며 외측으로 돌기가 형성된 스프라켓; 상기 스프라켓 각각을 연결하며 상기 돌기와 맞물려 회전되는 연결체인; 및 높이 조절 후, 상기 스프라켓의 회동을 구속하는 스토퍼;를 포함하고, 상기 스프라켓을 회전시켜, 상기 높이조절샤프트 전체가 회전되면서 상기 상하 슬라이딩관이 상하이동됨과 동시에 상기 상부통로관 및 상기 맨홀프레임이 상하이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 높이 조절기능을 갖는 모듈형 밸브실에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a modularized valve chamber having a height adjustment function.
