Floor frame vibration proof device
The present invention provides a vibration-proof support unit for a floor frame, capable of absorbing vibrations and impact on a floor through dual buffering absorption, suppressing the plastic deformation of a vibration-proof pad, reducing air with easy height adjustment of a floor frame, and easily coping with a change of the width of the floor frame. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the vibration-proof support unit includes: a rubber pad having a predetermined thickness and area, and placed adjacently to a floor surface on which a floor frame is constructed; a support base fixed adjacently to the upper surface of the rubber pad, and including a screw hole in the center for the combination of an inner shaft; the inner shaft combined with the support base by being screwed through the screw hole for the combination of the inner shaft, and including ring-shaped teeth arranged on the outer surface and including lower hanging and sliding steps; a height adjusting shaft including ring-shaped tooth grooves having the same cross section as the ring-shaped teeth, and combined with an outer edge part of the inner shaft to be able to move only upwards while being suppressed from moving downwards; a support loop fixed to the upper part of the height adjusting shaft; a vibration-proof pad placed on the upper surface of the support loop to be adjacent to the floor frame; a pair of floor frame fixing grips moving the support loop while being placed opposite each other to hold the floor frame; and a grip spring having an end connected with one of the floor frame fixing grips and having the other end connected with the other one of the floor frame fixing grips in order to pull a pair of the floor frame fixing grips through elastic tensile force.
본 발명은 이중 완충 흡수를 통해 마루 바닥의 충격과 진동을 흡수하고, 방진패드의 소성 변형을 억제하며, 바닥틀의 높이 조절이 용이로 공기를 단축시키고, 바닥틀의 폭 변경에 대응이 용이한 마루틀 방진 지지구를 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따르면, 일정두께와 면적을 가지고 마루틀이 시공될 바닥면에 면접되어 배치되는 고무패드와; 상기 고무패드의 상면에 면접되어 고정되고, 중앙에 인너샤프트 체결용 나사홀을 갖는 서포트 베이스와; 상기 서포트 베이스에 인너샤프트 체결용 나사홀을 통해 나사 결합되어 입설되어 있고, 외주면에 상부 걸림턱 하부 미끄럼턱을 갖는 환형 치형이 배열되어 있는 인너샤프트와; 내경부에 상기 환형 치형과 동일한 단면형상을 갖는 환형 치홈을 갖고 상기 인너샤프트의 외경부에 결합되어 상방으로만 이동이 가능하고 하방으로 이동이 억제되어 있는 높낮이조절용 샤프트와; 상기 높낮이조절용 샤프트의 상단에 고정되어 있는 서포트 루프와; 상기 서포트 루프의 상면에 정착되어 마루틀에 면접되는 방진패드와; 상기 서포트 루프 이동가능하고 동시에 대향되게 배치되어 마루틀을 파지하는 한 쌍의 마루틀 고정용 그립; 및 일단이 일측의 마루틀 고정용 그립에 연결되고 타단이 타측의 마루틀 고정용 그립에 연결되어 한 쌍의 마루틀 고정용 그립을 탄성인장력으로 잡아당기는 그립 스프링을 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
