The present invention relates to a multi-packer for repairing cracks or a backside water barrier and a method for repairing a concrete structure using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the common multi-packer for repairing the cracks or the backside water barrier and the method for repairing the concrete structure using the same capable of capable of supplying a differential-liquid repairing solution after uniformly mixing the differential-liquid repairing solution with a screw inserted therein while supplying the differential-liquid repairing solution at a low pressure or a high pressure depending on a degree of the cracks of the concrete structure. A configuration of the present invention includes: a packer body wherein a compressing unit and a repairing solution transferring pipe are integrally formed; an injection pipe or an extended injection pipe joined to the packer body and inserted into an insertion hole formed in a concrete surface to supply the repairing solution to the cracks or a damaged part of the backside water barrier; the screw inserted into the repairing solution transferring pipe of the packer body; a ball positioned in a rear end of the screw and blocking one end of a nipple in case of a backflow of the repairing solution; and the nipple having one end coupled to the other end of the solution transferring pipe and the other end wherein a repairing solution supply pipe is inserted. The multi-packer for repairing the cracks or the backside water barrier made of an injection-molded synthetic resin material and capable of being applied to cases in various crack degrees and repairing solution supply pressures and the method for repairing the concrete structure using the same.
본 발명은 균열 또는 배면차수 보수용 멀티 패커 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 공법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 정도에 따라 저압 또는 고압으로 2액형 보수액을 지속적으로 공급하면서, 내부에 삽입된 스크류를 이용하여 2액형 보수액을 균일하게 혼합 후 공급할 수 있는 범용의 균열 또는 배면차수 보수용 멀티 패커 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 공법을 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명의 구성은 압착부와 보수액 이송관이 일체로 성형된 패커본체와; 상기 패커본체와 결합되어 보수액을 균열 부위 또는 배면차수 손상 부위에 공급하도록 콘크리트면에 형성한 삽입공에 삽입되는 주입관 또는 연장주입관과; 상기 패커본체의 보수액 이송관 내부에 삽입되어 2액형 보수액을 혼합시키는 스크류와; 상기 스크류 후단에 위치하여 보수액의 역류시 니플의 일측단을 막는 볼과; 상기 일측단이 상기 보수액 이송관의 타측단과 체결되고 타측단은 보수액 공급관이 끼워지는 니플;을 포함하고, 사출성형된 합성수지재로 구성되어 다양한 균열부위 정도 및 보수액 공급 압력에 적용되도록 구성된 균열 또는 배면차수 보수용 멀티 패커 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 공법을 발명의 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a multi-packer for repairing cracks or a backside water barrier and a method for repairing a concrete structure using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the common multi-packer for repairing the cracks or the backside water barrier and the method for repairing the concrete structure using the same capable of capable of supplying a differential-liquid repairing solution after uniformly mixing the differential-liquid repairing solution with a screw inserted therein while supplying the differential-liquid repairing solution at a low pressure or a high pressure depending on a degree of the cracks of the concrete structure. A configuration of the present invention includes: a packer body wherein a compressing unit and a repairing solution transferring pipe are integrally formed; an injection pipe or an extended injection pipe joined to the packer body and inserted into an insertion hole formed in a concrete surface to supply the repairing solution to the cracks or a damaged part of the backside water barrier; the screw inserted into the repairing solution transferring pipe of the packer body; a ball positioned in a rear end of the screw and blocking one end of a nipple in case of a backflow of the repairing solution; and the nipple having one end coupled to the other end of the solution transferring pipe and the other end wherein a repairing solution supply pipe is inserted. The multi-packer for repairing the cracks or the backside water barrier made of an injection-molded synthetic resin material and capable of being applied to cases in various crack degrees and repairing solution supply pressures and the method for repairing the concrete structure using the same.
본 발명은 균열 또는 배면차수 보수용 멀티 패커 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 공법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 정도에 따라 저압 또는 고압으로 2액형 보수액을 지속적으로 공급하면서, 내부에 삽입된 스크류를 이용하여 2액형 보수액을 균일하게 혼합 후 공급할 수 있는 범용의 균열 또는 배면차수 보수용 멀티 패커 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 공법을 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명의 구성은 압착부와 보수액 이송관이 일체로 성형된 패커본체와; 상기 패커본체와 결합되어 보수액을 균열 부위 또는 배면차수 손상 부위에 공급하도록 콘크리트면에 형성한 삽입공에 삽입되는 주입관 또는 연장주입관과; 상기 패커본체의 보수액 이송관 내부에 삽입되어 2액형 보수액을 혼합시키는 스크류와; 상기 스크류 후단에 위치하여 보수액의 역류시 니플의 일측단을 막는 볼과; 상기 일측단이 상기 보수액 이송관의 타측단과 체결되고 타측단은 보수액 공급관이 끼워지는 니플;을 포함하고, 사출성형된 합성수지재로 구성되어 다양한 균열부위 정도 및 보수액 공급 압력에 적용되도록 구성된 균열 또는 배면차수 보수용 멀티 패커 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 공법을 발명의 특징으로 한다.
