The present invention relates to a car stopper for construction which reinforces a mounting portion of an anchor bolt and a rib to improve a buckling load and discharges air and rainwater. The car stopper for construction comprises: an insert bush (30) inserted into a center of an anchor mounting boss (24); a head unit (32) formed on an upper end of the insert bush (30) to be tightly attached to an inner circumferential surface of a nut fixing unit (22); an anchor insertion hole (34) formed on the insert bush (30) and the head unit (32); a tapered seat (35) of a conic shape formed on a corner of an upper end of the anchor insertion hole (34), wherein an inner diameter thereof becomes smaller downwards; a tapered nut (40) screwed on an upper end of an anchor bolt (23) and tightly attached to the tapered seat (35), wherein an outer diameter becomes smaller downwards; a tool joining unit (42) formed on an upper portion of the tapered nut (40); a base plate (50) joined to a lower end of the insert bush (30) to be tightly attached to a parking lot floor (21); an insertion groove (28) formed on a lower end of a reinforcing rib (25) and the anchor mounting boss (24) to insert the base plate (50); an annular groove (31) circumferentially formed on an outer circumferential surface of the head unit (32); a vertical groove (33) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the head unit (32) to meet the annular groove (31) while crossing the annular groove (31); and a discharge hole (29) penetrating the nut fixing unit (22) at a height identical to the annular groove (31).
본 발명은 앵커볼트 체결부위와 리브를 보강해서 좌굴하중을 향상시키고 공기와 빗물의 배출을 가능하게 한 건축용 카 스토퍼에 관한 것으로, 앵커체결보스(24)의 중심으로 삽입되는 인서트부시(30); 인서트부시(30)의 상단에 형성되어 너트고정부(22)의 내주면에 밀착되는 헤드부(32); 헤드부(32)와 인서트부시(30)의 중심에 형성되는 앵커삽입구멍(34); 앵커삽입구멍(34)의 상단 모서리에 형성되고 아래쪽으로 향할수록 내경이 작아지는 원추형의 테이퍼시트(35); 앵커볼트(23)의 상단에 나사 결합되고, 아래쪽으로 향할수록 외경이 작아지며, 테이퍼시트(35)에 밀착되는 테이퍼너트(40); 테이퍼너트(40)의 상부에 형성되는 공구결합부(42); 인서트부시(30)의 하단부에 결합되어 주차장 바닥(21)에 밀착되는 베이스판(50); 베이스판(50)을 삽입하기 위해 앵커체결보스(24)와 보강살(25)의 하단부에 형성되는 끼움홈(28); 헤드부(32)의 외주면에 둘레방향으로 형성되는 환형홈(31); 헤드부(32)의 외주면에 형성되어 환형홈(31)과 교차되면서 만나는 수직홈(33); 환형홈(31)과 일치되는 높이에 너트고정부(22)의 안팎으로 관통되게 형성되는 배출구멍(29)을 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a car stopper for construction which reinforces a mounting portion of an anchor bolt and a rib to improve a buckling load and discharges air and rainwater. The car stopper for construction comprises: an insert bush (30) inserted into a center of an anchor mounting boss (24); a head unit (32) formed on an upper end of the insert bush (30) to be tightly attached to an inner circumferential surface of a nut fixing unit (22); an anchor insertion hole (34) formed on the insert bush (30) and the head unit (32); a tapered seat (35) of a conic shape formed on a corner of an upper end of the anchor insertion hole (34), wherein an inner diameter thereof becomes smaller downwards; a tapered nut (40) screwed on an upper end of an anchor bolt (23) and tightly attached to the tapered seat (35), wherein an outer diameter becomes smaller downwards; a tool joining unit (42) formed on an upper portion of the tapered nut (40); a base plate (50) joined to a lower end of the insert bush (30) to be tightly attached to a parking lot floor (21); an insertion groove (28) formed on a lower end of a reinforcing rib (25) and the anchor mounting boss (24) to insert the base plate (50); an annular groove (31) circumferentially formed on an outer circumferential surface of the head unit (32); a vertical groove (33) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the head unit (32) to meet the annular groove (31) while crossing the annular groove (31); and a discharge hole (29) penetrating the nut fixing unit (22) at a height identical to the annular groove (31).
