Method and Apparatus for Manufacturing Crumb Rubber Modified Asphalts Mixture
A method for manufacturing a waste tire rubber powder-modified asphalt mixture according to the present invention comprises: a first step of heating asphalt; a second step of primarily mixing the heated asphalt and waste tire rubber powder in a mixing tank; and a third step of stirring the mixture of the primarily mixed asphalt and waste tire rubber powder, secondarily mixing the same and aging the same. The surface of the rubber powder ground to increase mixing and dispersibility with the asphalt is subjected to corona treatment and then impregnated with kerosene or paraffin oil to form an oil layer on the surface.
본 발명에 따른 폐타이어 고무분말 개질 아스팔트 혼합물의 제조방법은 아스팔트를 가열하는 제1단계, 상기 가열된 아스팔트와 폐타이어 고무분말을 혼합조에 공급하면서 1차적으로 혼합하는 제2단계, 상기 혼합조에서 상기 1차적으로 혼합된 아스팔트와 폐타이어 고무분말의 혼합물을 교반시켜 2차적으로 혼합하면서 숙성시키는 제3단계를 포함하되, 상기 폐타이어 고무분말은, 아스팔트와의 혼합성과 분산성을 증가시키기 위하여 분쇄된 고무분말의 표면을 코로나 처리한 후 등유 또는 파라핀유를 함침시켜 표면에 오일층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
