ENVIRONMENTAL-FRIENDLY SEALING MATERIAL FOR VACUUM WINDOW WITH EXCELLENT SEALING PERFORMANCE AND DURABILITY
Disclosed in the present invention is an environmentally-friendly sealing material for vacuum windows which is environmentally-friendly due to not containing PbO and Bi2O3 and yet, has excellent sealing performance and durability. According to the present invention, the environmentally-friendly sealing material for vacuum windows comprises, in wt%: 17-23% of P_2O_5; 45-55% of V_2O_5; 15-20% of Sb_2O_3; and 4-8% of Fe_2O_3, and further comprises 6% or less in total of one or more selected among BaO, Al_2O_3, Na_2O, TiO_2, ZrO_2 and CuO, and excludes PbO and Bi_2O_3.
PbO 및 Bi2O3가 포함되지 않아 친환경적이면서도, 밀봉성 및 내구성이 우수한 진공유리용 친환경 실링재에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 진공유리용 친환경 실링재는 중량%로, PO: 17~23%, VO: 45~55%, SbO: 15~20%, FeO: 4~8%를 포함하고, BaO, AlO, NaO, TiO, ZrO및 CuO 중에서 1종 이상의 합계로 6%이하를 포함하며, PbO 및 BiO를 의도적으로 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 한다.
