An objective of the present invention is to provide a base and a method for remodeling a bathroom capable of using a toilet which maximally extend time for using a previously installed toilet without removing the toilet while remodeling a bathroom to minimize inconvenience of a resident in using the toilet and conveniently remodel the bathroom. Specifically, another objective of the present invention is to provide a base and a method for remodeling a bathroom which construct a flooring material and a finishing material on a floor, a wall, and a ceiling of a bathroom for a remaining portion excluding the vicinity of a previously installed toilet in case of a wet bathroom, and then use a base to immediately construct a new toilet after removing the toilet to use the toilet at any time while remodeling the bathroom except while removing the existing toilet and constructing the new toilet. Also, another objective of the present invention is to provide a base and a method for remodeling a bathroom which construct a base around a previously installed toilet in case of a dry bathroom (UBR), and then remodel a bathroom in a manner similar to a wet bathroom to use the toilet at any time while remodeling the bathroom except while removing the existing toilet and constructing the new toilet.
본 발명은 욕실을 리모델링하는 동안에도 이미 설치된 변기를 철거하지 않아 그대로 이용할 수 있는 시간을 최대한 늘릴 수 있게 구성함으로써, 거주자가 변기 사용에 불편함을 최소화하면서도 편리하게 욕실을 리모델링할 수 있게 한 변기를 사용할 수 있는 욕실의 리모델링용 베이스와 그 리모델링 방법을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.특히, 본 발명은, 습식 욕실의 경우, 이미 설치된 변기 주변을 제외한 나머지 부분에 대하여 욕실 바닥과 벽체 그리고 천정에 바닥재와 마감재를 시공한 다음, 이 변기를 철거한 뒤에 베이스를 이용하여 새 변기를 바로 시공함으로써, 기존 변기를 철거하고 새 변기를 시공하는 동안만 제외하고 리모델링하는 동안 언제든지 변기를 사용할 수 있게 한 욕실의 리모델링용 베이스와 그 리모델링 방법을 제공하는 데 다른 목적이 있다.또한, 본 발명은, 건식 욕실(UBR)의 경우, 이미 설치된 변기 주변에 베이스를 시공한 다음, 습식 욕실과 비슷한 방법으로 리모델링하므로, 기존 변기를 철거하고 새 변기를 시공하는 동안만 제외하고 리모델링하는 동안 언제든지 변기를 사용할 수 있게 한 욕실의 리모델링용 베이스와 그 리모델링 방법을 제공하는 데 또 다른 목적이 있다.
