Multi-functional composite panel for construction
The present invention provides a multifunctional composite panel for construction. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the multifunctional composite panel comprises: a core member formed by including a binder controlling a silicate-based component and an expansible mineral; and a metallic foam attached on at least one surface of the core member. As such, the composite panel is able easily be applied to a nonbearing wall as a variable wall or partition, and is able to easily be assembled and disassembled with a simple fixation device. The outer surface of the composite panel is able to be coated, papered, and washed by water; and the composite material simultaneously provides excellent physical properties and excellent durability of a plurality of functions such as sound absorption, thermal insulation, flame-retardant, moisture-proof, electromagnetic wave shield properties, and etc.
건축용 다기능 복합판넬이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 다기능복합판넬은 실리케이트계 성분을 포함하는 결합제 및 팽창성 광물을 포함하여 성형된 심재; 및 상기 심재의 적어도 어느 일면에 부착된 금속발포폼;을 포함하여 구현된다. 이에 의하면, 건축용 가변벽체나 칸막이용도로써 비내력벽체에 쉽게 응용할 수 있고, 간단한 고정장치로 쉽게 조립, 해체가 가능하며, 외부면에 도장, 도배, 물세척이 가능하고, 흡음성, 단열성, 난연성, 내습성, 전자파차폐성 등 다기능이 복합화됨과 동시에 그 물성이 우수하고, 내구성이 뛰어나다.
