The present invention provides a sliding system of a door panel for an elevator which can simplify the installation structure of an elevator door to improve the productivity and efficiency of an operation and prevent an upper portion of the door from being separated by a strong coupling to greatly improve safety and quietness. According to the present invention, the sliding system of a door panel for an elevator, which includes a door of a cage which is raised and lowered along a hoist way formed inside a building and a platform door installed on each floor of the building and is installed on an upper part of the door panel forming the door to smoothly open and close the left and right sides and to withstand external impacts, comprises: a fixing plate horizontally installed on a upper portion of the cage or a upper inner wall of a platform side of the hoist way; sliding rails having a plurality of fastening holes formed on a front surface to be fastened with a plurality of bolts in the fixing plate and guide grooves formed respectively on the upper and lower portions in the longitudinal direction; a sliding block coupled to respectively both sides of a moving plate provided on an upper portion of the door panel and coupled to the sliding rail in a movable manner, having a guide tab, formed on the upper and lower portions of a rear portion, coupled to the guide grooves, and having a sticking preventing a groove formed at middle portion of the rear portion in the longitudinal direction; and a detachment preventing means installed at a lower portion of the door panel and separably coupled to a door seal installed at the cage or platform to prevent the door panel from being separated from the door panel.
본 발명은 엘리베이터 도어의 설치 구조를 간소화시켜 생산성 및 작업의 효율성을 향상시키는 동시에 견고한 결합에 의해 도어의 상부가 이탈하지 않도록 하여 안전성과 정숙성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 엘리베이터용 도어판넬의 슬라이딩시스템을 제공하고자 한다. 또한, 본 발명은 승강장 또는 케이지에 설치되는 도어씰의 구조를 요철형과 경사형 및 걸림형의 다양한 형태로 제공하고, 상기 도어씰에 적용되는 다양한 가이드수단을 구비하여 엘리베이터 도어판넬의 하부에 일체로 장착시켜 줌으로써, 도어판넬의 하부가 외부 충격에 의해 이탈하지 않도록 하여 안전성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 엘리베이터용 도어판넬의 슬라이딩시스템을 제공하고자 한다.
