SAFETY DEVICE OF ELEVATOR FOR HAND PROTECTION
The present invention relates to a safety device which reduces shocks and controls the opening/closing of a door of an elevator to prevent hands from being pinched in the elevator when hands of a user are pinched between the elevator door and a doorframe. The device comprises: a fixing frame (20) where a cross-section, installed across the overall length of a stopper protrusion unit of a doorframe (10) between the doorframe (10) of an elevator door and a hall door (D) of the elevator, is formed as an U shape; a rotating frame (30) which is formed as a plate and installed to be able to rotate on one end portion of the fixing frame (20); an operating pin (40) which is installed in the fixing frame (20) to support the back surface of the rotating frame (30), is supported by a spiral spring (S), is put towards the inside of the fixing frame (20) by means of the rotation of the rotating frame (30), and protrudes towards the outside of the fixing frame (20) by means of elasticity of the spiral spring (S); a switch (50) which is installed in the inside of the fixing frame (20) to be operated if the operating pin (40) is put into the inside of the fixing frame (20) by means of the rotation of the rotating frame (30); and a controller (C) which is connected to the switch (50) and stops the operation of the hall door (D) of the elevator or controls the speed of the opening/closing of the elevator when the switch (50) is operated.
본 발명은 엘리베이터 도어와 문틀 사이의 간격으로 사람의 손이 끼일 때 충격을 줄여주면서 도어의 개폐를 제어하여 손끼임을 방지하는 안전장치에 관한 것으로, 엘리베이터 도어의 문틀(10)과 엘리베이터의 홀도어(D) 사이에서 상기 문틀(10)의 단턱부의 전장에 걸쳐 설치되는 단면이 ㄷ자 형태인 고정프레임(20); 상기 고정프레임(20)의 일단부에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 판형 회동프레임(30); 상기 회동프레임(30)의 뒷면을 지지하도록 고정프레임(20)에 설치되고, 나선스프링(S)에 의해 지지되며, 회동프레임(30)의 회전에 의해 고정프레임(20)의 안쪽으로 밀려 들어가고 나선스프링(S)의 탄성력에 의해 고정프레임(20)의 외부로 돌출하는 작동핀(40); 상기 회동프레임(30)의 회전에 의해 작동핀(40)이 고정프레임(20) 안쪽으로 밀려들어가면 작동되도록 고정프레임(20) 내부에 설치되는 스위치(50); 및 상기 스위치(50)에 연결되고, 스위치(50)가 작동되면 엘리베이터 홀도어(D)의 작동을 멈추거나 개폐속도를 제어하는 컨트롤러(C)를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a safety device which reduces shocks and controls the opening/closing of a door of an elevator to prevent hands from being pinched in the elevator when hands of a user are pinched between the elevator door and a doorframe.
