Manual valve lock device
The present invention relates to a locking device for a joystick manual valve used for operating an actuator such as a boom or a crane of an excavator. The locking device for a joystick manual valve (101) secures a predetermined installation space (a) between a manual valve body (1) and a driving unit body (1), and forms latching grooves (13) respectively by a first and second pistons (11, 12) placed on the installation space (a) to lock the first and second pistons (11, 12) along the position thereof. The present invention simplifies configuration of a locking device of a manual valve to maximize convenience of manufacture, installation and use.
본 발명은 굴삭기의 붐이나 크레인 등과 같은 액추에이터의 가동(조작)목적으로 사용되는 조이스틱 메뉴얼밸브의 잠금장치에 관한 것으로 조이스틱 메뉴얼밸브(101)에 있어서, 메뉴얼밸브 몸체(1)와 작동부몸체(1') 사이에 소정의 설치공간(a)을 확보함과 동시에 설치공간(a)에 위치한 제1,2피스톤(11)(12)으로 각각 걸림홈(13)을 형성하여 그 위치 선상에서 제1,2피스톤(11)(12)을 단속하도록 한 잠금장치를 특징으로 한다.
