Girder height adjustable device and method
The present invention relates to a device for controlling level of a girder when installing a bridge, comprising: a flat base support installed on the upper surface of two or more piers (10) or a bridge (20), respectively and coupled to the same by a fixing device (110); a lifting device comprising a first cylinder main body mounted on one side of the base support, and a first flange mounted inside the cylinder main body to be operated by an external hydraulic pressure source; and a movable support (300) having one side in contact with the first flange and the other side supporting a girder.
본 발명은 교량 설치시 거더의 수평을 조절하는 장치에 대한 발명으로서, 2개 이상의 교각(10) 또는 교대(20) 상면에 각각 설치되며 평판형상으로 형성되며 고정장치(110)에 의해 교각 또는 교대에 체결되는 베이스지지대, 상기 베이스지지대 일면에 올려지는 제1 실린더 본체와 상기 실린더 본체의 내부에 장착되어 외부의 유압공급원에 의해 작동되는 제1 플렌저로 이루어지는 승강장치, 일면이 상기 제1 플렌저에 접촉되며 타면이 거더를 지지하는 이동지지대(300)를 포함하는 거더수평장치이다.

본 발명은 교량 설치시 거더의 수평을 조절하는 장치에 대한 발명으로서, 2개 이상의 교각(10) 또는 교대(20) 상면에 각각 설치되며 평판형상으로 형성되며 고정장치(110)에 의해 교각 또는 교대에 체결되는 베이스지지대, 상기 베이스지지대 일면에 올려지는 제1 실린더 본체와 상기 실린더 본체의 내부에 장착되어 외부의 유압공급원에 의해 작동되는 제1 플렌저로 이루어지는 승강장치, 일면이 상기 제1 플렌저에 접촉되며 타면이 거더를 지지하는 이동지지대(300)를 포함하는 거더수평장치이다.
