The present invention provides a unit panel for assembling a water tank. The unit panel can effectively prevent peeling in a weak part, such as a semispherical block part formed in a unit panel for assembling a water tank, from which a waterproof liquid coating layer can be easily peeled. The unit panel of the present invention has a waterproof liquid coating layer peeling preventing fixture formed in the inner central part of a semispherical block part. The waterproof liquid coating layer peeling preventing fixture comprises a fixing body including an attachment surface and a coating surface. The attachment surface is formed in a spherical surface corresponding to a spherical surface of the inner side surface of the semispherical block part, and is attached to the inner central part of the semispherical block part by a strong adhesive. The coating surface has a waterproof liquid coating layer formed by spraying a waterproof liquid. A fixing groove part is formed on the coating surface to improve fixing force of the waterproof coating layer by feeding a waterproof liquid when spraying the waterproof liquid.
본 발명은 물탱크 조립용 단위패널에 형성한 반구형 볼록부와 같이 방수액코팅층이 박리되기 쉬운 취약한 부분에서 박리 방지를 효과적으로 발휘할 수 있는 물탱크 조립용 단위패널을 제공한다.본 발명의 물탱크 조립용 단위패널은, 반구형 볼록부의 내측 중앙부에 방수액코팅층 박리 방지용 고정구가 구비되고, 상기 방수액코팅층 박리 방지용 고정구는, 상기 반구형 볼록부의 내측면의 구면과 대응하는 구면으로 형성되어 강력접착제에 의해 상기 반구형 볼록부의 내측 중앙부에 부착되는 부착면과, 방수액의 분사에 의해 방수액코팅층이 형성되는 코팅면을 구비하는 고정본체로 이루어지며, 상기 코팅면에는 방수액 분사시 방수액을 유입시켜 방수액코팅층의 고정력을 증대시키기 위한 고정홈부가 형성된 것이다.
The present invention provides a unit panel for assembling a water tank. 본 발명은 물탱크 조립용 단위패널에 형성한 반구형 볼록부와 같이 방수액코팅층이 박리되기 쉬운 취약한 부분에서 박리 방지를 효과적으로 발휘할 수 있는 물탱크 조립용 단위패널을 제공한다.본 발명의 물탱크 조립용 단위패널은, 반구형 볼록부의 내측 중앙부에 방수액코팅층 박리 방지용 고정구가 구비되고, 상기 방수액코팅층 박리 방지용 고정구는, 상기 반구형 볼록부의 내측면의 구면과 대응하는 구면으로 형성되어 강력접착제에 의해 상기 반구형 볼록부의 내측 중앙부에 부착되는 부착면과, 방수액의 분사에 의해 방수액코팅층이 형성되는 코팅면을 구비하는 고정본체로 이루어지며, 상기 코팅면에는 방수액 분사시 방수액을 유입시켜 방수액코팅층의 고정력을 증대시키기 위한 고정홈부가 형성된 것이다.
