Method of manufacturing anion emulsified asphalt
The present invention relates to anion emulsified asphalt, capable of being mixed with aggregate and dispersing asphalt in water to enhance storage stability, and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides the anion emulsified asphalt and the manufacturing method thereof, wherein the anion emulsified asphalt contains: 3-5 parts by weight of nonionic emulsifier; 1-3 parts by weight of anion emulsifier; 0.6-1.5 parts by weight of a pH regulator; 80-120 parts by weight of water; and 25-40 parts by weight of a polymer additive, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the asphalt, and the method comprises: a first mixture forming step of mixing the asphalt with the anionic emulsifier; a second mixture forming step of mixing the anionic emulsifier, the pH regulator and the water; a rosin acid sodium adding step of adding rosin acid sodium to the second mixture; a third mixture forming step of adding the first mixture and the second mixture to produce a third mixture; and a polymer additive adding step of adding the polymer additive to the third mixture.
본 발명은 음이온 유화아스팔트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 아스팔트 100중량부에 대하여 비이온 유화제 3 ~ 5중량부, 음이온 유화제 1 ~ 3중량부, PH 조절제 0.6 ~ 1.5중량부, 물 80 ~ 120중량부 및 고분자 첨가제 25 ~ 40중량부 가 포함되며, 아스팔트 및 비이온유화제를 혼합하는 제1혼합물 형성단계; 음이온유화제, PH 조절제 및 물을 혼합하는 제2혼합물 형성단계; 제2혼합물에 로진산나트륨을 추가하는 로진산나트륨 추가단계; 제1혼합물 및 제2혼합물을 추가하여 제3혼합물을 제조하는 제3혼합물 형성단계; 및 제3혼합물에 고분자첨가제를 추가하는 고분자첨가제 추가단계를 포함하는 음이온 유화아스팔트 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
