SOIL-NAIL FOR REINFORCING A SLOPE
The present invention provides a soil nail to reinforce a slope, comprising: a bit assembly integrally including a fixation part having a screw hole penetrated on the inner circumferential surface to fixate a lower end on the bottom of a reinforcement hole, and a plurality of wing plates having an insertion hole inwardly communicating with the screw hole to be enlarged and radially extended from the center of the upper end of the fixation part to the outside; a nail bar having a thread capable of being coupled to the screw hole of the fixation part on the outer circumferential surface of a lower end and integrally having a fixation step formed in an upper side spaced apart from the thread at a predetermined distance; and a pressing body through which the lower end of the nail bar is penetrated, so as to fixate one end in the fixation step and allow the other end to correspond to the wing plates. Accordingly, since the bit assembly extended by rotating the nail bar is settled on the inner circumferential surface of the reinforcement hole, a slope of bedrock can be effectively reinforced.
본 발명에 따르면, 내주면에 나사공이 관통 형성되어 하단이 보강홀의 바닥에 고정될 수 있는 고정부와, 내측으로 상기 나사공과 연통되어 구경 확장된 삽입공이 형성되고 상기 고정부의 상단 중심으로부터 외측 방사상으로 확장되게 형성된 복수의 윙플레이트가 일체로 이루어진 비트조립체; 하단 외주면에 상기 고정부의 나사공에 결합될 수 있는 나사산이 형성되고, 상기 나사산과 일정거리 이격된 위쪽으로 고정턱이 일체로 형성된 네일바아; 및 상기 네일바아의 하단이 관통되어 일단이 상기 고정턱에 지지되며, 타단이 상기 복수의 윙플레이트와 대응되는 가압체;를 포함하는 비탈면 보강용 소일네일이 제공된다.이에 의하면, 네일바아를 회전시켜서 확장된 비트조립체를 보강홀의 내측면에 정착시켜 암반 비탈면을 보다 효과적으로 보강할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
