EMBEDDED RAIL TRACK WITH INSULATING ENHANCEMENTS
The present invention relates to an embedded rail track with improved insulation performance, comprising: a rail having a rail head formed at an upper portion thereof, a base formed broadly at both sides at a lower portion thereof, and a web connecting the rail head and the base vertically; a roadbed formed along the longitudinal direction of the rail, and having a rail binding groove in which a lower portion of the rail is inserted and the base is mounted; an insulation unit disposed in contact with a side surface of the web along the longitudinal direction of the rail and formed of an insulating material, and having an upper portion opened toward a downward direction and formed continuously along a longitudinal direction of the rail; and a fixing block inserted into the rail binding groove such that the rail is seated and fixed in the rail binding groove.
본 발명의 절연성능이 향상된 매립형 궤도는 상부에 레일헤드가 형성되고, 하부에 양측으로 넓게 베이스가 형성되며, 레일헤드와 베이스를 상하로 연결하는 웨브를 포함하는 레일, 레일의 길이방향을 따라 길게 형성되어 레일의 하부 일부가 삽입되고 베이스가 안착되는 레일결속홈이 구비되는 도상, 레일의 길이방향을 따라 웨브의 측면에 접하도록 배치되며 절연재질로 형성되고, 상부에 아래방향을 향해 개방되며 레일의 길이방향을 따라 연속적으로 형성되는 홈인 절연부가 구비되는 절연유닛 및 레일이 레일결속홈에 안착되어 고정되도록 레일결속홈에 삽입되는 고정블록을 포함한다.
