Supporting apparatus for construction exterior panel
The present invention relates to a support device for a building exterior panel. The present invention can manufacture a support member without loss of a material by being continuously cut out from a plate-shaped steel plate by press working to make support protrusions protrude from both sides; and bending the support protrusions backwards. The present invention can easily adjust the position of an anchor bolt at the support member since a penetration part of the support member, which is supported by being in contact with an insulation material, is relatively wide for the anchor bolt passing through the insulation material and fixed to a wall. The present invention can effectively prevent the deflection of a connection member from the support member despite of the load of the building exterior panel by installing a non-slip washer on the penetration part of the support member. The support device for a building exterior panel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an anchor bolt; a support member; a second support member; and a connection member. The anchor bolt passes through an insulation material and is fixed to a wall. The support member has a penetration part at the center to be in contact with the insulation material and make the end part of the anchor bolt protrude. Support protrusions passing through the insulation material and supported by the wall protrude from both sides of the support member at the rear lower end. The support member has a screw hole at the upper center. The support protrusions are bent after a steel plate is continuously cut from a plate-shaped steel plate by press working. The front side of the second support member is screwed to a screw hole of the support member. The second support member has an adjustable rear projection length to make the rear end part pass through the insulation material and be support by the wall. The connection member is formed as an angle plate in which one vertical plane and the other horizontal plane are bent at an angle of 90 degrees and has a vertical long hole on one vertical surface so as to be pressed and supported by the support member while being inserted through the end of the anchor bolt.
본 발명은 판 형상의 철판으로부터 프레스가공에 의해 지지돌기가 양측으로 돌출되게 연속적으로 절취된 후 지지돌기를 후방으로 절곡하는 방법에 의해 지지부재가 재료의 손실없이 제조될 수 있고 단열재를 관통하여 벽체에 고정되는 앵커볼트에 대해 단열재에 면접되어 지지되는 지지부재의 관통부가 상대적으로 넓어 지지부재에 대한 앵커볼트의 위치조정이 용이하며 지지부재의 관통부에 논슬립와셔가 설치되어 건축외장패널의 하중에도 불구하고 지지부재에 대한 연결부재의 처짐이 효과적으로 방지될 수 있도록 한 건축외장패널용 지지장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 건축외장패널용 지지장치는 단열재를 관통하여 벽체에 고정되는 앵커볼트와, 상기 단열재에 면접되고 중앙에는 상기 앵커볼트의 단부가 돌출되도록 관통부가 형성되며 후방 하단에는 상기 단열재를 관통하여 상기 벽체에 지지되는 지지돌기가 양측에 돌출형성되고 상단 중앙에는 나사공이 형성되며 판 형상의 철판으로부터 프레스가공에 의해 판재로 연속 절취된 후 상기 지지돌기가 절곡형성되어 제조되는 지지부재와, 상기 지지부재의 나사공에 전방측이 나사결합되고 후방단부가 상기 단열재를 관통하여 상기 벽체에 지지되도록 후방돌출길이가 조절되는 제 2 지지부재와, 일측 수직면과 타측 수평면이 90도 각도로 절곡된 앵글플레이트로 형성되고 상기 일측 수직면에는 상기 앵커볼트의 단부에 관통되어 체결되면서 상기 지지부재에 가압지지되도록 수직방향장공부가 형성되는 연결부재가 포함된다.

The present invention relates to a support device for a building exterior panel.
