The present invention relates to a faucet valve. Specifically, the present invention is an improved invention of Utility Model No. 20-0454292 invented and registered by the applicant of the present invention. The faucet valve allows a faucet bracket allowing a sink and a shower to be used compatibly and simply without water leak by insert injection. The faucet valve comprises: a faucet valve body portion which has a body having a hollow portion therein to open the upper and lower portions, and is formed of a pipe body communicating with the hollow portion on one side of the body; a seed portion which has a seed placed in the body in a state of blocking the inside of the pipe body, and includes hot and cold water supply pipes to allow hot water and cold water to flow in on the inside of the seed, and a mixed water discharge pipe for discharging mixed water in which hot water and cold water are mixed; a seed portion which has a seed placed in the body in a state of blocking the inside of the pipe body, and includes hot and cold water supply pipes to allow hot water and cold water to flow in on the inside of the seed, and a mixed water discharge pipe for discharging mixed water in which hot water and cold water are mixed; a fastening pipe body which is provided at the upper portion of the body of the faucet valve body portion to allow the sink and the shower head to be screwed in a state of communicating with a mixed water discharge hole of the seed; hot and cold water opening/closing plates which are positioned in the pipe body provided in the faucet valve body, mix hot water and cold water flowing in from the hot and cold water supply pipes, and discharge the mixed water through the mixed water discharge hole; and a handle lever which adjusts water supply and water cutoff of the hot water and the cold water, and the amount of mixed water by operating the hot and cold water opening/closing plates. The seed portion is formed by integral injection molding of the fastening pipe body at the upper portion thereof at the time of injection molding of the seed, and the seed portion is injection molded to be integrated with the faucet valve body portion.
본 발명은 수도전에 관한 것으로, 특히 본원발명의 출원인이 개발하여 등록받은 실용신안등록 제20-0454292호의 개량 발명으로서, 싱크대와 샤워용을 호환사용할 수 있도록 하는 수전금구를 인서트 사출에 의해 단순하면서도 누수됨이 없이 사용할 수 있도록 한 수도전에 관한 것으로서, 이는 상,하부가 개방되도록 내부가 중공부를 갖는 몸체를 갖고, 상기 몸체의 일측면에 중공부와 연통되는 관체로 구성되는 수도전본체부와; 상기 관체의 내부를 차단시켜 주는 상태로 몸체의 내부에 안착되는 시드를 갖추고, 상기 시드의 내측에는 냉,온수가 각각 유입될 수 있도록 냉,온수공급관과, 냉,온수가 혼합된 혼합수이 토출될 수 있도록 하는 혼합수토출관을 갖추고 있는 시드부와; 상기 수도전본체부의 몸체 상단부분에 갖추어져 시드의 혼합수토출공과 연통된 상태에서 싱크대 및 샤워용헤드가 나선 체결될 수 있도록 한 체결관체와; 상기 수도전본체에 갖추어진 관체의 내부에 위치하여 내,온수공급관으로부터 유입되는 냉,온수를 혼합시켜 주고, 상기 혼합된 혼합수를 혼합수토출공으로 통해 토출시켜 줄 수 있도록 하는 냉,온수개폐판; 및 상기 냉,온수개폐판을 조작시켜 냉,온수의 급,단수 및 혼합수의 량을 조절시켜 주는 핸들레버로 구성된 수도전에 있어서, 상기 시드를 사출성형시 이의 상단부에 체결관체가 일체로 사출 성형 시켜 되는 시드부와; 상기 시드부를 수도전본체부와 일체가 되도록 사출성형시켜 준 것을 특징으로 한다.
