A saccharide-based dispersant for manufacturing a gypsum board according to the present invention contains polysaccharide and poly naphthalene sulfonate. The saccharide-based dispersant for manufacturing a gypsum board according to an embodiment of the present invention improves dispersibility between gypsum particles inside gypsum slurry, promotes the hardening of the gypsum slurry, and minimizes the hardening delay. Therefore, when the saccharide-based dispersant for manufacturing a gypsum board is used during manufacture of a gypsum board, moldability of the gypsum board can be improved and the usage amount of hardening promoters can be reduced remarkably.
본 발명의 일 예에 따른 석고보드 제조용 당류 기반 분산제는 복합 당류 및 폴리나프탈렌설포네이트를 포함한다. 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 석고보드 제조용 당류 기반 분산제는 석고 슬러리 내 석고 입자 간의 분산성을 향상시키고 석고 슬러리의 경화를 촉진하거나 경화 지연을 최소화할 수 있다. 따라서, 석고보드 제조시 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 석고보드 제조용 당류 기반 분산제를 사용하는 경우 석고보드의 성형성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 경화 촉진제의 사용량을 크게 절감할 수 있다.
