3 Interlocking Device For Threefold Interlocking Door System
The present invention relates to an interlocking device (1) for a threefold interlocking door. A middle door (D1), a front door (D2), and a rear door (D3) are interlocked with each other in a longitudinal direction of an upper rail (R) formed on an upper part of a door frame. The interlocking device (1) for the threefold interlocking door includes a belt fixing unit (71) connecting a position of a belt (5) installed in an upper part of the middle door (D1), and a position of a moving unit (17) installed in an upper side of the front door (D2). The interlocking device (1) for the threefold interlocking door also includes a first interlocking unit (7) enabling the middle door (D1) and the front door (D2) to interlock with each other when the belt (5) moves. The belt fixing unit (71) is connected to the outer side of a raceway surface of the belt (5) in a direction crossing a moving direction of the belt (5). As such, the interlocking device (1) for the threefold interlocking door is able to minimize an overlapping width overlapped between the doors when the door is completely closed, by removing interference of a pulley and a fixing unit when the belt is connected to the interlocking unit; thereby a transverse width of the each door being able to be reduced as much as the overlapping width is reduced, and an opening width of the door frame being able to be increased when the door is completely open.
본 발명은 3중 연동도어의 연동장치(1)에 관한 것으로, 문틀의 상부에 형성한 상부레일(R)의 길이방향을 따라 중간도어(D1)와 전면도어(D2)와 후면도어(D3)가 서로 연동되도록 설치되고, 상기 중간도어(D1)의 상부에 설치되는 벨트(5)의 일지점과 상기 전면도어(D2)의 상측에 설치되는 이동체(17)의 일지점을 연결하는 벨트고정부(71)를 구비하여, 상기 벨트(5)가 이동할 때 상기 중간도어(D1)와 상기 전면도어(D2)가 연동하도록 하는 제1 연동구(7)를 포함하고, 상기 벨트고정부(71)는 상기 벨트(5)의 진행방향과 교차하는 방향으로 상기 벨트(5)의 궤도면 외측에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 벨트와 연동구를 연결함에 있어 풀리와 고정부의 간섭을 없애, 도어를 완전 폐쇄한 때 도어들 사이에 포개지는 중첩폭을 최소화할 수 있게 되므로 중첩폭이 줄어든 만큼 각 도어들의 횡폭을 줄이고, 도어를 완전 개방한 때 문틀의 개방폭을 늘릴 수 있게 된다.
