The present invention relates to an apparatus for absorbing an impact of a corner guard for construction which effectively absorbs an impact, improves a restoring force after an external force is removed, and prevents damage to a surface of a vehicle by a head unit of a fastener. The apparatus for absorbing an impact of a corner guard for construction comprises: a structure protection plate (30) installed on a corner of an outer side of a structure (20); a reinforcing plate (50) attached to an inner side of a corner guard (40); end plates (60, 62) installed on an upper portion and a lower portion of the structure protection plate (30) and tightly attached to an upper end and a lower end of the corner guard (40) to guide the corner guard (40) sliding in a horizontal direction; an outer long hole (42) formed on the corner guard (40) in the horizontal direction; an inner long hole (52) formed on the reinforcing plate (50) to match the outer long hole (42); a hollow guide post (70) which is installed on the structure protection plate (30) through the inner long hole (52), and has a coupling hole (72) formed in a center thereof to allow a fastener (22) for fixing the structure to pass; a head unit (74) formed on an end of the guide post (70) to be positioned in the outer long hole (42) to be stopped on the reinforcing plate (50); an impact absorbing mechanism (80) installed between the structure protection plate (30) and the reinforcing plate (50); a cylindrical head impact absorbing ring (76) installed on the head unit (74) to prevent a vehicle from colliding with a top unit (24) and a head unit (74) of the fastener (22); and flexible side covers (90, 92) installed on a left side and a right side between the structure protection plate (30) and the reinforcing plate (50).
본 발명은 충격을 효과적으로 흡수하고, 외력이 제거된 후 복원력을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 화스너 머리부에 의한 차량 표면 손상을 방지할 수 있는 건축용 코너보호대 완충장치에 관한 것으로, 구조물(20)의 외측 모서리에 설치되는 구조물보호판(30); 코너보호대(40)의 내측면에 부착되는 보강판(50); 구조물보호판(30)의 상하부에 각각 설치되고, 코너보호대(40)의 상하단에 밀착되어 수평방향으로 미끄러지는 코너보호대(40)를 안내하는 엔드플레이트(60)(62); 코너보호대(40)에 수평방향으로 형성되는 외측장공(42); 외측장공(42)과 일치되도록 보강판(50)에 형성되는 내측장공(52); 내측장공(52)을 통해 구조물보호판(30)에 설치되고, 구조물(20)에 고정하기 위한 화스너(22)를 통과시키기 위한 체결구멍(72)이 중심에 형성되는 중공형의 가이드포스트(70); 가이드포스트(70)의 단부에 형성되어 외측장공(42)에 위치되어 보강판(50)에 걸리는 헤드부(74); 구조물보호판(30)과 보강판(50)의 사이에 설치되는 완충기구(80); 화스너(22)의 머리부(24)와 헤드부(74)에 차량이 충돌하는 것을 방지하기 위해 헤드부(74)에 설치되는 원통형의 헤드완충링(76); 구조물보호판(30)과 보강판(50)의 사이 좌우측에 각각 설치되는 플렉시블한 측면커버(90)(92)를 포함한다.
