An embodiment of the present invention provides a system for repairing housing facilities, comprising: a user terminal letting a user input member information and selecting an owner occupied housing resident member or a rental housing resident member during member subscription, letting the user to input information on the owner of the rental housing and to request the member subscription to a management server when the user selects the rental housing resident member, letting the user to send a facility repairing request message to the management server when abnormality occurs at the housing facilities, letting the user receive a repairing estimate of each repairing company in response to the facility repairing request message, and if the user selects the repairing company, letting the user send a repairing company selection message to the management server; a repairing company terminal sending the repairing estimate for a repairing target to the management server if receiving an estimate request message of the repairing target from the management server, receiving the fact that the repairing company to be contracted is selected from the management server, and sending a repairing progress result of the repair company for the repairing target to the management server; and the management server, if receiving the facility repairing request message from the user terminal, extracting local repairing companies, matched with a residence position of the facility repairing request message received from the user terminal, from local repairing company information, intermediating the housing resident with the repairing company to enable the repairing company to repair the housing facilities, and requesting the user or the owner of the rental housing to pay for the facility repairing according as the user is the owner occupied housing resident member or the rental housing resident member. Therefore, the present invention can easily search for a repairing company when an abnormality occurs at apartment housing or general housing facilities.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 주택 시설 보수 시스템은 회원 가입 시 회원 정보를 입력한 후 자가 주택 거주자 회원 또는 임대 주택 거주자 회원을 선택하고, 사용자가 임대 주택 거주자 회원을 선택 시 임대 주택의 소유자 정보를 입력하여 회원 가입을 관리 서버에 요청하고, 주택의 시설에 이상이 발생 시 시설 보수 요청 메시지를 관리 서버에 제공하고, 상기 시설 보수 요청 메시지에 대한 응답으로 보수 업체 별 보수 견적을 수신하고, 사용자에 의해 보수 업체가 선정되면 보수 업체 선정 메시지를 관리 서버에 제공하는 사용자 단말, 상기 관리 서버로부터 수리 대상의 견적 요청 메시지를 수신하면, 상기 수리 대상의 수리 견적을 상기 관리 서버에 제공하고, 상기 관리 서버로부터 계약 보수 업체의 선정 사실을 수신하고, 보수 업체에 의한 상기 수리 대상의 보수 진행 결과를 상기 관리 서버에 제공하는 보수 업체 단말 및 상기 사용자 단말로부터 시설 보수 요청 메시지를 수신하면 지역 별 보수 업체 정보에서 상기 사용자 단말로부터 수신된 시설 보수 요청 메시지 중 거주지 위치와 매칭되는 지역의 보수 업체를 추출하고, 상기 보수 업체에 의한 상기 거주 시설 보수가 이루어지도록 상기 주택 거주자 및 상기 보수 업체의 연결을 중개하고, 상기 사용자가 상기 자가 주택 거주자 회원 또는 임대 주택 거주자 회원인지에 따라 상기 시설 보수의 비용 처리를 상기 사용자 또는 임대 주택의 소유자에게 요청하는 관리 서버를 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 공동 주택 또는 일반 주택의 시설에 이상이 발생 시 보수 업체를 손쉽게 검색할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

Therefore, the present invention can easily search for a repairing company when an abnormality occurs at apartment housing or general housing facilities.
