SUPPORT FOR CEILING FINISHES M BAR CONNECTOR
The present invention relates to an M bar connector for supporting a ceiling finishing material. To this end, the M bar connector for supporting a ceiling finishing material is fitted to and coupled with the top of a lengthwise M bar and a widthwise M bar to make the end of the lengthwise M bar be in contact with both side surfaces of the widthwise M bar. According to the M bar connector, reinforcement ribs are upwardly vertically bent at both unidirectional sides of a connector body having a rectangle shape. A widthwise M bar fitting unit fitted into and coupled with the top of the widthwise M bar is downwardly vertically bent at the bottom center of the connector body. Lengthwise M bar fitting units fitted to and coupled with the end side top of the lengthwise M bar are downwardly vertically bent to be integrally formed at both length direction side ends of the connector body. Accordingly, a connection of the widthwise M bar and the lengthwise M bar for supporting a ceiling finishing material can be easily performed, and the lengthwise M bar is prevented from being twisted with respect to the widthwise M bar. Thus, a lifespan can be further extended. Moreover, sufficient supporting force is ensured, and thus a ceiling finishing material can be prevented from being deformed by sagging to a bottom side, while beauty is ensured. A using amount of a material is reduced, and thus productivity can be improved.
이 건 발명은 천정 마감재 지지용 엠바 연결구에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 이 건 발명은 가로엠바의 양측면에 세로엠바의 단부가 맞대어지게 상기 가로엠바와 세로엠바의 상부에 끼움 결합되는 천정 마감재 지지용 엠바 연결구에 있어서, 상기 엠바 연결구는 직사각 형태를 갖는 연결구 몸체의 단방향 양측에 보강리브가 상부로 수직되게 절곡되어지고, 상기 연결구 몸체의 중앙 하부에 상기 가로엠바의 상부에 끼움 결합되는 가로엠바 끼움부가 하부로 수직절곡되어 형성되며, 상기 연결구 몸체의 길이방향 양측 단부에 상기 세로엠바의 단부측 상부에 끼움결합되는 세로엠바 끼움부가 하부로 수직 절곡되어 일체로 형성됨을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 이 건 발명은 천정 마감재를 지지하는 가로엠바와 세로엠바의 연결작업이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 가운데 세로엠바가 가로엠바에 대하여 틀어지는 것을 방지하여 수명이 더 연장될 수 있도록 하고, 아울러 충분한 지지력이 확보되어 천정 마감재가 하부로 처지는 변형을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 가운데 미관이 돋보이도록 하고, 소재의 사용량을 줄여 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 한 것이다.

The present invention relates to an M bar connector for supporting a ceiling finishing material. To this end, the M bar connector for supporting a ceiling finishing material is fitted to and coupled with the top of a lengthwise M bar and a widthwise M bar to make the end of the lengthwise M bar be in contact with both side surfaces of the widthwise M bar. Moreover, sufficient supporting force is ensured, and thus a ceiling finishing material can be prevented from being deformed by sagging to a bottom side, while beauty is ensured. A using amount of a material is reduced, and thus productivity can be improved.
