The present invention relates to a buffering material for preventing inter-floor noise and a method for manufacturing the same wherein, more specifically, not only physical properties such as a dynamic modulus, a loss factor, a tensile strength, an elongation rate and the like but also a sound absorption rate can be significantly increased. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a buffering material for preventing inter-floor noise comprises the following steps: preparing rubber powder; preparing first porous powder; preparing second porous powder; preparing a polyurethane binder; preparing a mixed composition; and molding the composition in the shape of a sheet.
본 발명은 층간소음방지용 완충재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 동탄성계수, 손실계수, 인장강도 및 신율 등의 물성은 물론, 흡음률을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 층간소음방지용 완충재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
