Solidifying Composition Solidified Object Using the Solidifying Composition and Solidified Object Manufacturing Method Using the Solidifying Composition
Disclosed are a solidifying composition, a solidified object using the solidifying composition and a manufacturing method thereof. The solidifying composition according to the present invention contains: 18-32 parts by weight of sodium naphthalene sulfonate condensate; 8-12 parts by weight of calcium chloride; 16-24 parts by weight of ammonium chloride; 18-32 parts by weight of magnesium chloride hexahydrate; 2-8 parts by weight of carboxy methyl cellulose; 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid; and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of polymer coagulant. The present invention increases density, strength and elasticity, has excellent durability, is able to manufacture the solidified object of earth sand, marine sand, desert sand, river dredging sludge, industrial wastes, etc. with reduced solidifying speed, is able to be used as building materials, civil engineering materials, etc. in place of stone, and at the same time is able to use in-situ soil, thereby being economical and contributing to conservation of natural environments.
고화용 조성물, 고화용 조성물을 이용한 고화체, 및 그 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 고화용 조성물은, 응축나프탈렌술폰산소다(Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Condensate) 18 내지32 중량부, 염화칼슘 8 내지 12 중량부, 염화암모늄 16 내지 24 중량부, 염화마그네슘 육수화물 18 내지 32 중량부, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스(Carboxy Methyl Cellulose) 2 내지 8 중량부, 에틸렌디아민테트라아세트산(Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid) 0.5내지1.5 중량부, 및 고분자응집제 0.5 내지1.5 중량부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 밀도, 강도 및 탄성이 증대되고, 내구성이 우수하며 고화속도가 단축된 토사, 해사, 사막모래, 하천준설 오니 및 산업폐기물 등의 고화체를 제조할 수 있게 되며, 이를 석재 대용으로 건축자재, 토목공사자재 등으로 사용할 수 있는 동시에 현장 발생토를 이용할 수 있어 경제적이며 자연환경 보전에 기여할 수 있다.

Disclosed are a solidifying composition, a solidified object using the solidifying composition and a manufacturing method thereof.
