Handrail pole fixing device of deck road and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a handrail post fixing device for a deck road, which can be simply constructed through a process of inserting a handrail post fixing device from the outside to the inside of a joist without fastening bolts at a construction site, and to a construction method thereof. The handrail post fixing device for a deck road comprises: a lower horizontal plate provided long in the front and rear direction on the deck road, and closely attached to the lower surface of a joist having a rectangular cross section; a vertical close-contact plate formed to be vertically erected on an outer end of the lower horizontal plate, and closely attached to an outer side of the joist and a side end portion of a deck plate provided on the upper side of the joist; a post fixing plate formed horizontally in an inward direction from an upper end of the vertical close-contact plate, having a lower surface closely attached to the upper surface of the deck plate, and having a handrail post of a polygonal rod or a round rod fixed to an upper portion thereof through a post fixing means; and a protruding close-contact plate formed to be vertically erected on an inner end portion of the lower horizontal plate and closely attached to the inner surface of the joist.
본 발명은 난간기둥 고정장치를 현장에서 볼트의 체결없이 장선의 외측에서 내측으로 삽입하는 과정만을 통해 간단하게 시공할 수 있는 데크로드의 난간기둥 고정장치 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 데크로드에서 전후 방향으로 길게 구비되고 직사각형의 단면을 가지는 장선의 하면에 밀착되는 하부 수평판과; 상기 하부 수평판의 외측 단부에서 수직으로 세워지게 형성되어 상기 장선의 외측면과 상기 장선의 상부에 설치되는 데크판의 측 단부에 밀착되는 수직 밀착판과; 상기 수직 밀착판의 상단에서 내측 방향의 수평으로 형성되어 하면이 상기 데크판의 상면에 밀착되고, 상부에는 기둥 고정수단을 통해 다각형봉이나 원형봉의 난간기둥이 고정되는 기둥 고정판과; 상기 하부 수평판의 내측 단부에서 수직으로 세워지게 형성되어 상기 장선의 내측면에 밀착되는 돌출 밀착판;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
