Fabrication of Pyrophyllite Granule Powders for Thermal Spray Coating
The present invention provides a method of manufacturing agalmatolite granule powder for spray coating, comprising: a step of mixing natural agalmatolite powder with a solvent and adding a dispersant to manufacture slurry; a step of pulverizing the agalmatolite powder into an average grain size having a range of 1-4 m; a step of spraying and drying the slurry to manufacture the agalmatolite granule powder; and a step of performing heat treatment on the agalmatolite granule powder. Accordingly, the present invention enables ceramic granule powder for spray coating to be manufactured, capable of universally being used using agalmatolite minerals of a level of 45 m being price competitiveness.
본 발명은 천연 납석분말을 용매에 혼합하고 분산제를 첨가하여 슬러리를 제조하고, 상기 슬러리를 볼밀링하여 납석분말을 평균 입도 1 ~ 4㎛의 범위로 분쇄하고, 상기 슬러리를 분무건조하여 납석 과립 분말을 제조하고, 상기 납석 과립 분말을 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 용사 코팅용 납석 과립 분말 제조방법을 제공한다.
