Clamp for Connecting Pipe
The present invention provides a drain pipe connection clamp of a PVD method for connecting and fixing two cylindrical first and second drain pipes. The drain pipe connection clamp of a PVD method comprises: a connection pipe having a cylindrical shape corresponding to the first and second drain pipes and having a receiving space inside for inserting the first and second drain pipes therein while upper and lower surfaces are open; at least one or more upper and lower coupling holes formed through upper and lower circumferential surfaces of the connection pipe (10); upper and lower bolts coupled to the upper and lower coupling holes, respectively and passing through the first and second drain pipes; upper and lower nuts coupled to upper and lower coupling holes formed on the opposite side of the upper and lower coupling holes to which the upper and lower bolts are coupled, respectively and connecting and fixing the first and second drain pipes to the connection pipe by coupling the upper and lower bolts to a groove formed on the end of the nuts while passing through the first and second drain pipes; a connection clip hung on the head part of the upper and lower bolts and connecting and fixing the upper and lower bolts to each other; and a long hole for position verification passing through the center of the connection pipe and determining the position of an end of the first and second drain pipes inserted into the receiving space of the connection pipe. According to the present invention, two drain pipes are connected to each other easily and stably so that the drain pipe can be used efficiently.
본 발명은 원통형상을 가진 두 개의 제 1, 2배수파이프를 서로 연결 고정하는 피비디 공법의 배수파이프 연결 클램프에 있어서, 상기 제 1, 2배수파이프에 대응되는 원통의 형상을 가지며 상, 하면은 개방된 상태에서 내부에는 상기 제 1, 2배수파이프가 삽입되기 위한 수용공간이 마련된 연결파이프, 상기 연결파이프(10)의 상, 하부 둘레면을 따라 관통 형성되는 적어도 하나 이상의 상, 하부 결합구멍, 상기 상, 하부 결합구멍에 각각 체결되며 상기 제 1, 2배수파이프를 관통하는 상, 하부볼트, 상기 상, 하부볼트가 체결된 상, 하부 결합구멍의 반대편에 형성되어 있는 상. 하부 결합구멍에 각각 체결되며 상기 제 1, 2배수파이프를 관통한 상태에서 그 끝단에 형성되어 있는 홈으로 상기 상, 하부볼트를 각각 체결시켜 상기 제 1, 2배수파이프를 상기 연결파이프에 연결 고정시키는 상, 하부너트, 상기 상, 하부볼트의 머리부에 걸려지며 상기 상, 하부볼트를 서로 연결 고정하는 연결클립 및 상기 연결파이프의 중앙에 관통 형성되며 상기 연결파이프의 수용공간에 삽입된 상기 제 1, 2배수파이프의 단부 위치를 확인하는 위치확인용 장공을 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 피비디 공법의 배수파이프 연결 클램프를 제공한다.

The present invention provides a drain pipe connection clamp of a PVD method for connecting and fixing two cylindrical first and second drain pipes. The drain pipe connection clamp of a PVD method comprises: a connection pipe having a cylindrical shape corresponding to the first and second drain pipes and having a receiving space inside for inserting the first and second drain pipes therein while upper and lower surfaces are open; at least one or more upper and lower coupling holes formed through upper and lower circumferential surfaces of the connection pipe (10); upper and lower bolts coupled to the upper and lower coupling holes, respectively and passing through the first and second drain pipes; upper and lower nuts coupled to upper and lower coupling holes formed on the opposite side of the upper and lower coupling holes to which the upper and lower bolts are coupled, respectively and connecting and fixing the first and second drain pipes to the connection pipe by coupling the upper and lower bolts to a groove formed on the end of the nuts while passing through the first and second drain pipes; a connection clip hung on the head part of the upper and lower bolts and connecting and fixing the upper and lower bolts to each other; and a long hole for position verification passing through the center of the connection pipe and determining the position of an end of the first and second drain pipes inserted into the receiving space of the connection pipe. According to the present invention, two drain pipes are connected to each other easily and stably so that the drain pipe can be used efficiently.
