RADIANT HEATING APPARATUS USING FAR INFRARED RAY
The present invention relates to a far infrared radiant heating apparatus and, more specifically, relates to a far infrared radiant heating apparatus preventing a portion wherein a laterally arranged frame is in contact with a longitudinally arranged frame from being apart from each other to enhance durability. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a heating body to generate heat; a heating plate including the heating body embedded therein to receive heat transferred from the heating body to emit far infrared rays; an insulation material stacked on the heating plate to prevent the heat of the heating plate from being moved in a direction opposite to the heating plate; a frame including a hollow main body part having a rectangular cross section in a thickness direction and a support part extending in the direction of one side of the main body part to support the heating plate and the insulation member, having both end parts obliquely formed in a straight shape having a shorter length towards the support part from the main body part with a slope, and formed with four pieces to form a rectangular frame shape, thereby being longitudinally and laterally arranged to allow both end parts to be in contact; and a connection member bent to allow one side to be inserted and fastened in the main body part of the laterally arranged frame, and to allow the other side to be inserted and fastened in the main body part of the longitudinally arranged frame.
본 발명은 원적외선 복사난방장치에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 가로로 배치되는 프레임과 세로로 배치되는 프레임의 맞닿는 부분이 벌어지지 않도록 하여 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 원적외선 복사난방장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 열을 발생시키는 발열체; 상기 발열체가 내설되어 상기 발열체로부터 열을 전도받아 원적외선을 방사하는 발열판; 상기 발열판의 열이 상기 발열판과 반대쪽으로 이동하는 것을 차단하기 위해 상기 발열판 위에 적층되는 단열재; 두께 방향 단면이 사각형이고 중공으로 이루어진 본체부와, 상기 본체부의 일측 길이 방향을 따라 연장 형성되어 상기 발열판과 단열재를 지지하는 지지부로 이루어지고, 양단부는 상기 본체부로부터 지지부 쪽으로 갈수록 길이가 짧아지는 직선 형태로 경사지게 이루어지며, 사각틀 형태를 이루도록 네 개로 마련되어 상호 간의 양단부가 맞닿도록 가로 및 세로로 배치되는 프레임; 및 일측은 가로로 배치되는 프레임의 본체부에 삽입되어 체결되고, 타측은 세로로 배치되는 프레임의 본체부에 삽입되어 체결되도록 절곡 형성된 연결부재;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 원적외선 복사난방장치를 제공한다.
