Door locking apparatus having improved opening and shutting structure
The present invention relates to a door locking device having an improved opening and closing structure, the door locking device which opens a locked door as a ratchet is moved backwards by a tilting action of a handle for pushing and pulling the handle, a swing action of the handle for rotating the handle in left and right directions, and a push action for pushing the handle. The door locking device comprises: a main body having a forward and backward movement path formed on a front side; a slider which is installed to have a forward and backward movement structure in the main body; the ratchet which is joined to a front side of the slider and moves forwards and backwards along the forward and backward movement path formed on the front side of the main body; a latch module comprising a towing lever which is installed as a lever structure on the main body and moves the slider backwards by towing the slide joined to an action end with pressing of a pressing end; and a handle module which is installed on a lateral side of the latch module, presses the pressing end of the towing lever, promotes rotation of the towing lever in a forward direction, and moves the slider, joined to the ratchet, backwards. The handle module comprises: a support case installed to be erected on the lateral side of the main body; a cam axis which is stored in the support case; and the handle which is arranged on the outside of the support case and provides pressing force to the cam axis.
본 발명은 손잡이를 밀고 당기는 손잡이의 틸팅작용과, 손잡이의 좌우로 회전시키는 손잡이의 스윙작용, 그리고 손잡이를 미는 푸쉬작용에 의해서도 라쳇이 후퇴하여, 잠금된 도어가 개방되도록 한 개량된 개폐구조를 갖는 도어 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 전방에 진퇴로가 형성된 본체와; 상기 본체 내에 진퇴구조로 설치되는 슬라이더와; 상기 슬라이더의 전방에 조립되어 본체의 전방에 형성된 진퇴로를 따라 진퇴하는 라쳇; 및 상기 본체에 지렛대 구조로 설치되어, 가압단의 가압에 의해 작용단에 견착된 슬라이더를 견인하여 후퇴시키는 견인레버를 포함하여 구성된 래치모듈과; 상기 래치모듈의 측부에 설치되어, 상기 견인레버의 가압단을 가압시켜 견인레버의 정방향 회전을 도모하여 라쳇이 조립된 슬라이더를 후퇴시키는 손잡이 모듈을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 손잡이 모듈은, 상기 본체의 측부에 직립하여 설치되는 지지 케이스와; 상기 지지 케이스 내에 수납되는 캠축; 및 상기 지지 케이스의 외측에 배치되어 캠축에 가압력을 제공하는 손잡이를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a door locking device having an improved opening and closing structure, the door locking device which opens a locked door as a ratchet is moved backwards by a tilting action of a handle for pushing and pulling the handle, a swing action of the handle for rotating the handle in left and right directions, and a push action for pushing the handle.
