Mortar Composition for Repairing Concrete Structure and Repairing Method of Concrete Structure using such Mortar Composition
The present invention relates to a mortar composition for repairing a concrete structure, and to a method for repairing the concrete structure using the same, wherein the mortar composition comprises, with respect to 100 wt% of a cement-based binder, respectively, 3-8 wt% of phosphoric acid-modified calcium oxide-based expanding agent, 0.2 to 2.0 wt% of acid clay and 50 to 300 wt% of a fine aggregate, so that the mortar composition has excellent crack resistance capable of effectively suppressing the generation of cracks while satisfying basic physical performance such as bending strength, compressive strength, bond strength, and the like even under a harsh environment.
본 발명은 시멘트계 결합재 100중량부에 대하여 각각 인산 개질 산화칼슘계 팽창재 3 ~ 8중량부, 산성백토 0.2 ~ 2.0중량부 및 잔골재 50~300중량부로 포함하는 조성을 가지고 있어서, 열악한 환경하에서도 휨강도, 압축강도, 부착강도 등의 기본 물리 성능을 만족하면서 균열 발생을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있는 우수한 균열 저항성을 가지는 콘크리트 구조물 보수용 균열제어형 모르타르 조성물과, 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수방법에 관한 것이다.
