The present invention relates to an opening and closing device of a trunk lid for a vehicle, capable of effectively solving a problem that an inspection process of a vehicle is complex and a problem that a worker is injured as a stay is separated during inspection. Therefore, according to the present invention, the opening and closing device of the trunk lid for a vehicle, which is provided to inspect specifications and the inside of a trunk room during a production process of the vehicle, comprises: an air cylinder (100) installed on one side of an air cylinder fixing device (110) installed in the upper part of a vehicle to be inspected in a production process for a vehicle; a wire guide roller (200) installed on one side of an air cylinder fixing device (110) and the front of the air cylinder (100) to rotate; a trunk lid gripper (400) wherein a trunk lid end connection groove (480) is formed on one end of the trunk lid gripper (400) and a wire connection unit (450) is formed on the other end; and a trunk lid ascending and descending wire (300) lifting up or down the trunk lid (550) by using a switch (600).
본 발명은 자동차용 트렁크 리드의 개폐장치에 관한 것으로써, 종래에는 작업자가 트렁크룸 내부 및 사양 검사를 수행하기 위해서는 직접 트렁크 리드를 개방하고 트렁크 리드와 트렁크룸 사이에 스테이를 설치하고 다시 제거하는 공정이 필요하기 때문에 차량의 검사 공정이 복잡해지는 문제점과 작업자가 트렁크룸 내부 및 사양 검사를 수행하기 위해서 트렁크 리드와 트렁크룸 사이에 스테이를 설치한 후 검사를 수행하는 중에 스테이가 이탈하면서 작업자가 상해를 입는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명은 자동차의 차체 생산공정에서 트렁크룸 내부 및 사양을 검사하기 위한 자동차용 트렁크 리드의 개폐장치에 있어서, 차량의 생산공정에서 검사 차량의 상부에 설치되는 에어 실린더 고정장치(110)의 일측에 구비되는 에어 실린더(100);와 에어 실린더(100)의 전방, 에어 실린더 고정장치(110)의 일측에 회전 가능하도록 설치되는 와이어 가이드 롤러(200);와 일단에는 차체(500) 후면에 설치되는 트링크 리드(550)의 트렁크 리드 끝단(580)이 끼워져 고정 결합되는 트렁크 리드 끝단 결합홈(480)이 형성되고, 타단에는 와이어 결합부(450)가 구비되는 트렁크 리드 그리퍼(400);와 일단은 에어 실린더(100)와 고정 결합되고, 타단은 트렁크 리드 그리퍼(400)의 와이어 결합부(450)에 고정 결합되어, 스위치(600)에 의해서 트렁크 리드(550)를 상승시키거나 하강시키는 트렁크 리드 승강 및 하강 와이어(300);로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.

본 발명은 자동차용 트렁크 리드의 개폐장치에 관한 것으로써, 종래에는 작업자가 트렁크룸 내부 및 사양 검사를 수행하기 위해서는 직접 트렁크 리드를 개방하고 트렁크 리드와 트렁크룸 사이에 스테이를 설치하고 다시 제거하는 공정이 필요하기 때문에 차량의 검사 공정이 복잡해지는 문제점과 작업자가 트렁크룸 내부 및 사양 검사를 수행하기 위해서 트렁크 리드와 트렁크룸 사이에 스테이를 설치한 후 검사를 수행하는 중에 스테이가 이탈하면서 작업자가 상해를 입는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명은 자동차의 차체 생산공정에서 트렁크룸 내부 및 사양을 검사하기 위한 자동차용 트렁크 리드의 개폐장치에 있어서, 차량의 생산공정에서 검사 차량의 상부에 설치되는 에어 실린더 고정장치(110)의 일측에 구비되는 에어 실린더(100);와 에어 실린더(100)의 전방, 에어 실린더 고정장치(110)의 일측에 회전 가능하도록 설치되는 와이어 가이드 롤러(200);와 일단에는 차체(500) 후면에 설치되는 트링크 리드(550)의 트렁크 리드 끝단(580)이 끼워져 고정 결합되는 트렁크 리드 끝단 결합홈(480)이 형성되고, 타단에는 와이어 결합부(450)가 구비되는 트렁크 리드 그리퍼(400);와 일단은 에어 실린더(100)와 고정 결합되고, 타단은 트렁크 리드 그리퍼(400)의 와이어 결합부(450)에 고정 결합되어, 스위치(600)에 의해서 트렁크 리드(550)를 상승시키거나 하강시키는 트렁크 리드 승강 및 하강 와이어(300);로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
