The present invention relates to an anchor bolt binding device for an apartment housing, which is able to prevent bending of a welded part of an anchor bolt and arbitrarily change an interval between anchor bolts. The anchor bolt binding device for an apartment housing comprises: a vertical welded part (32) welded to an anchor bolt (20); an extended rod (30); a clamping part (34); a conical tube (40) covering the exterior of the clamping part (34) and having an internal diameter gradually reduced as approaching the lower side; an upper flange (44) formed at an upper end of the conical tube (40); a lower flange (48) formed on a lower end of the conical tube (40); a ring-shaped locking jaw (49) formed on a corner where the conical tube (40) and the lower flange (48) meet each other; a taper pin (50); a vertical through-hole (54) formed at the center of the taper pin (50); a fixed bolt (60) inserted into the vertical through-hole (54); an inner inclined groove (42) formed to be inclined along the inner circumferential surface of the conical tube (40) and allowing the clamping part (34) to be inserted thereinto to be locked; a horizontal radial groove (46) horizontally formed on the upper flange (44) in a radial direction and allowing an extended rod (30) to be inserted into and placed therein; and an outer inclined groove (52) formed to be vertically inclined along the outer circumferential surface of the taper pin (50) and allowing the clamping part (34) to be inserted thereinto to be locked.

본 발명은 앵커볼트의 용접부 꺾임을 방지할 수 있고, 앵커볼트 간의 간격을 임의로 변경할 수 있도록 한 공동주택용 앵커볼트 결속장치에 관한 것으로, 앵커볼트(20)에 용접되는 수직용접부(32); 수직용접부(32)의 상단으로부터 절곡되는 부채살 모양의 연장봉(30); 연장봉(30)의 단부에서 하측방향으로 경사지게 절곡되고, 아래쪽으로 향할수록 사이가 좁아지는 클램핑부(34); 클램핑부(34)의 외측을 감싸고, 아래쪽으로 향할수록 내경이 점차 축소되는 원추관(40); 원추관(40)의 상단에 형성되는 상부플랜지(44); 원추관(40)의 하단부에 형성되는 하부플랜지(48); 원추관(40)과 하부플랜지(48)가 만나는 모서리에 형성되는 환형걸림턱(49); 클램핑부(34)를 원추관(40)의 내측을 향해 압박하고, 아래쪽으로 향할수록 외경이 점차 축소되는 테이퍼핀(50); 테이퍼핀(50)의 중심에 형성되는 수직관통구멍(54); 수직관통구멍(54)으로 삽입되는 고정볼트(60); 수직관통구멍(54)을 통해 하측으로 돌출된 고정볼트(60)와 결합되는 원반너트(62)에 있어서, 원추관(40)의 내주면을 따라 경사지게 형성되고, 클램핑부(34)가 끼워져 걸리는 내측경사홈(42); 상부플랜지(44)에서 반경방향으로 수평하게 형성되어 연장봉(30)이 끼워져 자리하는 수평방사홈(46); 테이퍼핀(50)의 외주면을 따라 상하방향으로 경사지게 형성되고, 클램핑부(34)가 끼워져 걸리는 외측경사홈(52)를 포함한다.
