The present invention relates to a carbon plate prestressing device capable of being prestressed/re-prestressed and attached/detached, and configured to enable a temporary bridge to easily be demolished and secure safety as a cylinder maintains a prestressing state of a carbon plate, and prestressing the carbon plate installed to be attachable or detachable after the carbon plate is prestressed. To achieve this, the present invention comprises: a plurality of H beams, a fixing board, a moving element, a reaction board, a carbon plate, a wedge, a cylinder, a fixing plate, and a prestressing controller.
본 발명은 탄소판의 긴장 후 긴장 유지 및 탄소판을 긴장시키는 실린더가 탈부착 가능하게 장착되므로 가설교량의 철거가 유용하며 안전성이 확보되는 긴장/재긴장 및 탈부착이 가능한 탄소판 긴장장치에 관한 것이다.
